Fantastic service. Went the extra mile and hand delivered! Bulbs safely planted. Highly recommended.

Website easy to use and order product. Good that company emailed to asked when I would like my Living Wall to be delivered. Excellent!
Product arrived in excellent condition with explicit instructions on how to put wall together along with planting advice. Extremely happy customer. Thank you.

Really Disappointed after spending over £1000 pounds and dead plants. The company wound not replace.
Bad customer service would not use again or recommend.
There were so many plants dead when i got the delivery and the instructions not very clear either.

Superb delivery, extremely well packed, easy to assemble and high quality plants.
What more can you ask - I am going to buy another one.

Fantastic product easy to assemble great customer service !!😊😊

The plants are amazing and instructions too but am disappointed as can’t put together as wrong parts sent out .
Will hopefully be resolved very soon as need to keep the plants alive too .

Customer Service was excellent, couldn't recommend it more, I put up my plants a few days ago and they are already growing, it makes my garden look very fancy. I'm already planning to buy a second one :)

Fantastic help from Hannah when ordering. Made sure I got what I wanted in the kit. Followed up with emails and kept me informed of the progress of my order throughout. Delivered quickly, packaged well. Easy to install with good instructions. Looks brilliant!

My living wall from Garden in a box is totally amazing. Right from the start of my enquiries Hannah was very helpful and tirelessly answered all my questions and helped me each step of the way.
The box system is so easy to assemble and install. The system included a brilliant and easy to read planting plan. It’s already looking fantastic, with lots of loving comments from friends and visitors.

Everything is easy to put together and the explanation for planting is very helpful with videos as well . Beautiful plants and great instructions to achieve the results you want , even for a gardening novice like myself . I’m very pleased with my purchase. Looks ultra modern too

A nice product easy to put together and nice plants I only dock 1star for the fact one plant was damaged and I ended up with 3 of the same ivy in the mix and not some of the more interesting plants shown in the photos. Still very happy with it though

Good communication, delivery and the quality is excellent. The plants arrived looking so healthy.

The instructions were easy to follow, just a little confusion on which way round to insert the clips to lock the boxes together.

Bought the box with the shady plants - ❤️- box easy to put together and the plants were healthy- although it’s only been a week the plants appear to be established and had positive remarks from friends - I’ve put them on the dining patio which is shady and a strange shape so have added an outdoor mirror on the opposite wall to give the impression of foliage and space

So pleased with my"living wall".
The plants are all in tip top condition and I am looking forward to watching them thrive as we go through from Spring into Summer.

Everything about my purchase for my daughters birthday was excellent, from the online conversation and help to the efficient delivery of a quality product with first class assembly instructions

Love our Garden in a box! Everything you need for a living wall. The plants exceeded expectations and were very healthy and a good size. I did have a couple of questions before I purchased and the customer service was friendly, helpful and response quick. Would recommend. Thank you.

Great communication with delivery, product easy to put together and the herbs were very good quality.
