I had a Linus ALU 44 unit installed and from beginning to end Catherine and the team at Gardenhouse24 Ireland were great. Catherine answered any question I had related to the product and process and was able to suggest great partner firms such as No More Digging for non concreate foundations. The unit finish is great and I am more than happy to recommend their products.

Great dealing with Catherine and team members. Brian and his team were really nice and tidy on installation which is good to see.

Excellent service from start to finish. Efficient and great quality finished mini office shed. Pricing was transparent and options discussed with Catherine before we bought. If your after a really good product that serves its purpose well and is totally windproof, rainproof and warm with insulation added then look no further than gardenhouse. Really pleased with how it turned out from installation to finished office/shed.

Catherine and the team from Gardenhouse24 were amazing from start to finish. The communication from Catherine was excellent. She was quick to respond to any question I had and offered advice all throughout the process. The installation team were great. They arrived when they said they would and their work ethic was second to none. They finished our Monaco44 to an excellent standard. Again like Catherine no question or ask was an issue. The team spotted some small issues with the foundation I had built myself and were able to fix it for me. Im absolutely over the moon with my new garden space. I got Adele 44 model which is spacious enough to fit my ‘office’, sofa bed and other furniture. I went for the full package including concrete base, installation, insulation, roof shingles but decided to do the painting ourselves. I also requested a custom window for the back wall. From the outset I was kept informed about delivery dates and installation dates (which actually took place sooner than I thought). From the delivery guys to the installation team everyone was super lovely but have to say the Customer Service has been first class. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gardenhouse24.

Wouldn't recommend, log cabin we ordered Singrid, size inside didn't turn out to be what we needed, bedroom and loft alot smaller than what was in the pictures. Unfortunately ours wasn't in the show room to view before ordering, windows and doors are supposed to be double glaze but it's done the cheapest way, 6mm wood and glass (not even PVC) keys for the doors are like a toy keys (only 3 grams), didn't come with roof covering and we had to pay addition 1150 (apparantly they only about 300), no gutters (we were offered for additionl 1000 but didn't go for it), even though we ordered costumised they still delivered standard version, they did rectified it but days was lost of it, Log cabin was build by builder Richard Lomas that this company recommended, after 18 weeks log cabin still not complete or livable, already alot of issues with it such as water leaking, outside not fully treated and painted, roof incorrectly done which needs to be redone and list of faults is endless. We were ripped off by this builder and he isn't qualified to knows how to build log cabins. We found very poor that company used this builder previously and recommended someone that they have no information on. We made biggest mistake and basicly lost about 50000 so far. It will cost us thousands to rectify which we can't afford so please before u decide shop around

I had just my Monica 28B installed and I am so happy with it. This company is excellent and from start to finish I was so impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, advice and their helpfulness throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone and will certainly use their services in the future.

Just got a great Monaco Insulated Office Shed and we are very pleased with the quality and the whole process from start to the end, it was very smooth and they were extremely forthcoming when we needed extra flexibility ( ie could not get it into the back garden via normal means, but they put in extra work for this situation and it did not cost anymore)
I also need to mention Catherine as she was keeping me informed ot any stage of the process.
I am a very happy customer.

Just had our cabin built by a amazing hard working team Brian and Michael . Had the Cannes with installation and Insulation it is going to be a Gym for our son and I might turn it into a garden room if he gets fed up exersising fingers crossed 😁. Thank you so much guys and Catherine is so helpful .

The install team presented well and were on time. There were issues with doors and roof were reported after install and repaired a few weeks later. There are still covers on the hinges that just keep popping off. There is a bow in the front canopy that looks like will have to be left. I would not be overall happy with the finish as some gaps will require sealing.

Exactly what it’s like in the advertisement. From start to finish, great support from Catherine, she couldn’t have been more helpful. A pleasure to do business with nothing was any trouble. Would definitely recommend

Great product and looks brilliant once assembled.. the only thing I would say is if self assembling the instructions could do with being better but it looks great now and we love it..

A great service. Catherine was brilliant to deal with. We built our unit in a day and a half with some help from Brian. He even gave us his number when we were stuck with a small issue with the instructions. Instructions were easy to follow, I would recommend to people to do what we did and number the wood so as you go you know what's what . Absolutely love my "snug" it's too fancy to be a shed :-)

I've always wanted a garden room but we were limited for space in our garden so I decided to go with the Monaco 28 which is the smallest garden room Gardenhouse24 offer.

I originally wanted the unit facing the house but it would mean taking up an apple tree so we could open the doors so the team suggested the doors to the left opening up onto a decking path which I was a bit unsure of but I'm thrilled with the layout and that I took their advice.

All material used are of high quality from the tongue and groove construction (for a tight and secure fit) to the premium quality doors and windows which have rubber seals and tempered glass for better insulation. 

The team were supportive and accommodating and came up with lots of suggestions and ideas so the Monaco would not only fit the small space we had in our garden but that the end result would look great too.

The Monaco outdoor room is alot bigger than I expected even though we measured the space and laid out wood in our garden were the Monaco would go and it's absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to start using it.

The team were fantastic from the delivery guys to the team building the Monaco 28 and great support from Catherine in Gardenhouse24 offices in Ireland who kept in touch with me for any questions or queries i had.

I purchased the Cannes 34 garden room and I'm delighted with it. The products great and the service is excellent. There was a mix up with the roof, but the guys rang Catherine and she got it sorted straight away so the guys could get the job done on the same day.Great job!

Hello All, I am writing this review as I was initially skeptical of going with Garden House 4U. While they have a showrooms in Co Clare, there office was in Co Tipperary and when you ring first to enquire about a Garden House you are speaking to someone in the UK. Also, the Gardrn Houses are manufactured in Estonia. So give how this seemed disjointed I researched further to see if the company was legit and I can confirm to anyone currently researching the Company it is 100% legit. Now that I have a new Garden House from Garden House 4U, I will share my experience. Firstly, I had read a lot of reviews on the Web and overall they were positive, with a few negative on after sales etc. Well my experience has been 100% from start to finish. Once I had agreed the Garden House I wanted (which I got a great deal in one of there sales) with the UK office I was then hooked up with Catherine who is the Irish Representative and she could not have been more helpful throughout the process and when getting a product [Kaarlo 44 Garden House] like I did, I needed a lot of consultation. Catherine was not only available to ring, if she was not available she would ring me back every time. Catherine, has also checked in since the project was completed to ensure everything was to the standard I wanted. When I order my product I was given 10/12 week turn around time for delivery, but I'm happy to say my Garden House was all done started in 8 weeks from when ordered and paid the deposit. The project took a couple off weeks to build as I had a concrete foundation to be layed first (which I would recommend, rater than the probate base as my Garden House is 25sqm). All in all the project was completed well before the expected delivery date, I was give at the start which was fantastic. Regarding the build team which was a team of 3 and head up by Daniel and both Daniel and his team where fantastic through the process. Daniel was so easy to work with and he accommodated anything I wanted throughout the project. As you see a project unfold like this something can change in your mind on how best to place doors etc. and it was fantastic that the design gave options to change layout prior to build, which Daniel just facilitated. As the project was unfolding I wanted a finish around the base, which I had not orded from the start and I wanted a probate path around the Garden House which both Daniel and Catherine facilitated no problem. Prior to the project been complete I said to Daniel that I would like to do a snag list before he finishes and there was no issue with this also. I did not have a long list but I inspected the building from top to bottom and only a couple of snags found, which you would expect on any job like this. These snags were all complete for me without an issue. I can not compliant Daniel and his team enough and they build a fantastic Garden House. I know this is a long review but if you are paying out over 20k I think it deserves an accurate review, as I said from the start I was a bit skeptical but now I could not recommend Garden House 4U enough. We have made such a great investment and we look forward to the years ahead and the fun we will have as a family and with friends. Thanks to Gaeden House 4U, Catherine and Daniel for such a great experience and fantastic Garden House.

Gardenhouse 24.ie is a trustable company. Right from the start we experienced great communication with Catherine in the office and everything went on schedule to the hole process. The delivery team were very helpful and Brian from the team who fitted the unit was outstanding. We had a great experience and we totally recommend Gardenhouse 24.ie and their team.
