Lovely products and excellent customer service.
I had a problem with delivery where the courier returned the item to Garden Gifts rather than attempt proper delivery. I contacted the customer services team who replied promptly and dealt with the issue immediately. Within a couple of days, the item had been successfully delivered with no hassle or extra charge to me.

Great online shop for high quality garden gifts
I bought several items - one of which was cast iron & pretty heavy. All my items arrived very well-packed safely delivered really speedily. I was warned they were going to arrive which was handy. The items themselves are sweet & quirky, just what I wanted as special gifts at Xmas. All in all I will use again after Xmas when I've got some spare cash for my own garden - very happy customer. Untrustworthy product descriptions
I ordered 2 items. They arrived promptly and in good condition. However I was totally shocked when I saw the LED Christmas bauble with rustic trimmings I had ordered. The description of it was woefully inadequate and the photo had been carefully cropped so as not to show the multiple plastic attachments and ugly wire connected to the large cylindrical battery compartment to hold AAA batteries, the need for which had not been mentioned. In my book if the description can't be trusted, neither can the seller.
UPDATE: In view of the seller's response I went back to the item description on the website. There are now marginally better photographs and it does at least say batteries are not supplied. However it also says No Customer Reviews. This is untrue. They had already acknowledged the review I provided and offered me a 10% discount, 3 days before I wrote the Trustpilot review. Readers should make up their own minds as to whether they can trust this company and their product descriptions.
