Have bought 2 Garden Aquariums, First the lotus in Feb then due to an unexpected expansion (babies) over the Summer, have just purchased and built the Lotus Pond and orderd an extra air pump, The pond arrived promptly, the air pump arrived seperately in a very beat up box and pump is scuffed, but works perfectly. That almost describes both ponds, first very expensive, so what do you get? as others have said everything is numbered, and great instructions help you build this very quickly, the liner has perspex panels, that do the job as expected, the wood all fits together, and Aquariums look great once finished. my fish love them and its great seeing them swim up to the glass. so why the 4 stars, just a feeling both times that you are paying premium prices for something not quite premium, the painting in places is a bit thin, the wood fits together but not necessrily perfectly, the top rim on the Aurora doesn't quite fit properly, its all nitpicking more than anything, but then you are paying premium prices, there's no competition in the UK, if you are looking for a Pond where you can look through the large windows. There really isn't anything else out there for the price unless you can get a fibreglass pond into your back garden, (I can't). The GA ponds at least come in boxes you can then get through small doors and then build. So bottom line is the ponds are mostly great. service was fast processing and getting the ponds here. Just don't quite feel its 5 stars.

Dispatch and shipping was rapid. Customer service was good too when they checked if I needed some bits since I didn't order a pump. Was quicker to put together than I guessed and all looks great!

I have a lotus garden aquarium pond three years ago and moved recently and dismantled it to bring with us all ok .. fish housed by someone until we rebuild it , we’ve lost the build instructions and I have emailed and phoned this company to assist with instructions or a manual online to help us , last week left the email using their online form and nothing no communication at all. Rang the number provided online today at 9am and left a message asking for help and again as of tonight no call back ! I rang again at 3pm to see if they would answer their phone but same message please leave your details ans we will get back to you ! So disappointed these ponds are not cheap at all .. b and a sell them on their behalf for a hundred pounds more than the company which is odd ! And as they are so expensive I’d have expected a far better customer service

I ordered the lotus garden aquarium and i really am impressed with the service and the product looks fantastic in my garden
It was so easy to assemble very clear instructions and well packaged
I asked for weekend delivery and the price was very reasonable
The service was fantastic and very speedy sorted everything for me
Would definately recomend

Hummed and hawed before ordering the Raised Square Pond with Large Windows Lotus Clear View Garden Aquarium in Green with external filter, waterfall and xl plants. It was a lot of money to part with online without actually seeing it, but I have to say it was worth every penny. It was dispatched quickly but UPS kept delaying the delivery for some unknown reason. This was not a reflection on Garden Aquarium though. The aquarium was fairly easy to erect and is sturdy and of great quality. The waterfall is a lovely addition and the aquatic plants were healthy and of good quality. Unfortunately the liner had a large scratch on one of the windows but this was replaced quibble free and immediately by Garden Aquarium. Cannot fault the customer service. I found the aquarium on a Google search and although the aquarium was available on several websites at the same price, I opted for Garden Aquarium ltd as they are a family run business and not some large franchise. I definitely made the right decision. I can without hesitation recommend Garden Aquarium from the experience I have had. 5⭐️ experience.

Brilliant company!! I am really pleased with my pond. It’s been up 2 years and it’s as beautiful as the day I put it up. Unfortunately it was attacked by a heron for the first time so I ordered a cover and it arrived the next day. They also sent me a new remote as my lights stopped working. Great aftercare too! Highly recommend

Bought a pump for our pond and it has stopped working we only bought it in March, The communication is absolutely dreadful the phone number doesn't exist so emailed them so far it has take 6 days for 2-3 emails to get back to myself and still no joy of any help to get it fixed or replaced.So we are going to have to buy a new pump. Won't be ordering from there again.😡😡

What a fabulous company and product!
I ordered my new fish pond last Wednesday; it arrived Thursday. Every single part was not only present, it was correctly labelled, and the instructions were very good. It took us just 3.5 hours from opening the first box, to having a new fish pond in place, filled up and all of my current fish back in and happily swimming around. Great, quality product - thank you so much!
