Paid £24.99 for express delivery snd there’s nothing express about it.
Ordered a table express delivery took 5 days and I only received the table top, I’m still waiting for the legs. No phone number for customer service you have to wait for email response.
Pay a little extra and go elsewhere if you want a good service.

Ordered an abs dog kennel to go over my solar panel batteries that are outside.

The measurements were of the outside of the kennel so had to guesstimate the internal measurements. They just fit inside, but without the base of the kennel as it has a lip and they won’t fit in it.

Other reviewers say cheap Chinese and arrived broken. No issues with product at all, solid abs, seems durable.

Bit slow between purchase and arrival about 5 days.

⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ I recently bought a Metal Woodstore . It came badly damaged. I sent numerous pictures to them and emails. They offered me 20% off which I refused. They have since stopped answering any emails and I can’t find a contact number for them that actually answers absolutely rubbish products and service do not use. ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

Abysmal quality, the cheapest, CHEAPEST, low-quality Chinese imports, not at all like the pictures on their website. Straight in the bin as customer service is too slow to bother with.

Read trustpilot reviews and don't buy from this disappointing company.

Unfortunately I can't give a zero rating.
I was sold a defective product. It was a bbq and steamer which was purported to be new but clearly wasn't. There were scratches and dents all over it. I contacted them immediately and sent photos and followed up numerous times but they have failed to respond. They say they provide a 30 day warranty but then renege on it. Do not buy from them. It would appear they are scam artists. I am also reporting them to trading standards

I should have visited trust pilot before purchasing.
Bought a wood store, which arrived with damaged packaging. Every panel inside was damaged, including scratches and tears in the sheeting.

I sent an email to Garden Sanctuary. They first offered £15 off, alternatively to circle every part on the instruction manual showing which is damaged, they would then send out the specific replacement parts but it would take 8 weeks.

Garden Sanctuary has since stop replying to any of my follow up emails.
I will edit this review with a follow up if I hear more.

I should have read the reviews when I ordered galvanised raised garden beds on the 9th of September. It seems that my order may be coming from China (which has been the experience of another customer), but I was not advised that I'd have a long wait for my purchase, or I would have ordered from another seller.
Apparently I can trace the progress of my order via Shop, but not being technically proficient, I've yet to find how I do this.

I paid extra £70 for my parcel to be delivered by 30th august and today it’s 31st and i had to drive to all yodel depot around my postcode because they told me different address when in tne end they said parcel not in the depot and parcel will be delivered by monday 2nd September. I expect at least refund for the money which i paid for fast delivery.

I was just about to make a purchase when I looked at the reviews for this company...it appears that people have had bad experiences so I will no be placing an order...thank you people

It doesn’t make it clear the orders are from China and will take ages. My order was for a garden box. Tracking links didn’t work when I requested them. Asked for a refund but was told it was in transit. Waited and nothing arrived so contacted my credit card provider to open a case against Garden Sanctuary who then refunded me because I advised them I’d done it. Steer clear. You either won’t get the goods or if you do I suspect they’ll be cheap crap.

Absolutely poor customer services, received damaged goods on which i had purchased from them all that needed replacing was the hood due to damage after two days of emailing backwards and forward heard nothing after that, can't even phone them in a modern day company thats poor if you ask me.

Extremely disappointed with quality of product (Metal storage box; cheap and flimsy) - And had to pay £17.20 to return it!

I recently made a purchase with Garden Sanctuary, and after purchase read the reviews for this company. I read one review that noted "the good reviews must have been written by themselves". I am not associated, related or a friend of anyone within this company. My review is an honest opinion. My purchase arrived within 5 days of ordering, in full and no issues. Product is exactly what I wanted and quality is good. the only one point I would make is that I don't like the fact that you can not speak with anyone directly, but other than that well done and thank you very much.

Ordered a box in white- its more of a sage green and also damaged with its of defects!!

They are claiming it is a "different shade of white"
its laughable!!

Stay well away from this company. Order a BBQ 7th May - parts missing off it so cant use it, been trying to get hold of customer services for 4 weeks now and no one has responded to my emails or answer phone messages. Wish i had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I bought a camping table from this company last year. We used it this year for the first time and the seat pretty much disintegrated, I contacted the company and they said that it was outside the 6 months policy so not action would be taken.they were not concerned at all they have provided a poor quality items and based on my interaction the customer services was poor.

Ignore the 1-star reviews at your peril! After two days of trying to put up a metal shed, it still lacks the roof and doors. Instructions do not explain in enough detail how to erect the shed and I cannot find a video to help. Have threatened divorce due to the frustration and anger generated as holes do not match up, metal bends and there are gaps where the walls and roof meet. You have been warned!!!

Update: after wasting two weekends, the metal shed has been dismantled and taken to the dump. Have ordered a wooden shed!

Avoid, received pent shed metal. Delivered quickly but no one advised of it arriving. Damaged packaging, no instruction details. Have rang them several times answer machine. No one gets back to you. Emailed, no one replies.....so left with 8 x 4 metal shed that we cannot put together as no instructions. Wish we hzd read trust pilot reviews we would have taken our business elsewhere. All very nicey nice on phone when taking your order. AVOID!

I ordered a garden table on 2nd April, it was delivered 8th April. Really pleased with the quality and condition.
Tracking system is easy to follow and I knew exactly where it was on it's journey.
Well impressed. Will use them again.
