Lighter color than represented on the site
The picture of this tanzanite online appeared to be of much darker quality (more valuable). The stone, in person, is much lighter quality. It is disappointing, but I am keeping this purchase because it was still a great price for the size of the stone. Thank you!

Great customer service
Great customer service. Great products. The shipment had delays which were by no needs their fault but they sent me a complimentary gift seperately after that. It surprised me, but i genuinely felt they are a business thats giving their best for their customers.

Shipping was a bit long to N.America, but it is what it is. The important part is the minerals were exactly as described and show even better in person. Will definitely be purchasing more from Gandhara.

Never received my package and they assured me it was on the way, the tracking number never updated and said the label had been created.

We are seriously concerned about your order.
The company we are using for the shipments have a technical issue and they are spending more time on parcels to update.
We received many inquiries from customers about the shipments. And we informed them to wait for sometime.
This is an unexpected technical issue with their system and we never had this issue before.
I am personally visiting their office and today (10th June) they informed me they will update the shipping status in next week for sure.
Your parcel will never be lost and if it’s lost by the shipping company we always refund money to customer. But the parcel is not lost and they informed me they have a technical issue and they will update the tracking information next week.
I am really sorry for the long wait but it was out of our control.
I request you to allow one week for us, otherwise I will refund your money.

We ordered a emerald from Gandhara…
We ordered a emerald from Gandhara Gemstones a couple of weeks ago. The pictures shown in the site, were exactly what we received. At the time of purchase we made backup pictures of the stone. Then used digital scopes to compare inclusions. Emeralds are about 400 times rarer than diamonds, but yield similar characteristics. Diamonds are 10 on Mohs scale, emeralds typically are 7. But that's still hard enough to verify facets, edges using lights and the reflective surfaces on the stone. Our stone had the proper reflective surfaces. There was no zebra inclusions or bubbles, typically found on fake stones. I believe we worked with Farooq? They stay on top of the orders.
