I ordered a gaming console from them in October 2024. It is now the end of March 2025 and I haven’t received a product. I email customer service every 2 weeks (at this point I’m trolling because I know the company is a scam) they respond once a month always with the same copy/ paste response “we are checking with our department and thank you for your patience.” DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, ITS A SCAM!!!

I purchased the game stick right after Christmas 2024. I got the box and set it up per their instructions. But the 2 controllers wouldn't sync to the device so I didn't get to play anything. I emailed their customer service and sent them videos showing the system didn't work. They assured me they were sending me new controllers to fix the issue. Weeks later I contacted them again because no controllers were sent. I've asked for a refund multiple times, but kept getting the run around. Now I'm told it's past their 30-day window so again no fixing the problem or returning my money. Save your money and don't buy anything from these scam artists. Pathetic.

Only used it a few time before it failed and would no longer load.

Contacted Gaming mania for some assistance. They just gave me standard information that was in the instructions. Followed by their 30 returns policy. I stated that I did not want to return the unit. I want assistance in fixing it. Got the same returns policy response a second time.

Poor quality product backed up by poorer service. Just buy one of the many cheaper option out there!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not buy from this company. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. So angry at what they have put us through. What a rort.

I purchased the system in September of 2024 for my son. It stopped working in October 2024. I emailed them immediately. I jumped thru every hoop. Many responses from them were the same just copy and pasted delay tactics. Ultimately, I was informed that the warranty had expired. DUH, of course it did! The product is a piece of junk and the customer service is worse. I've never experienced a company that won't replace a defective product. Please do not waste your hard earned money.

The website and advertisements claim there are 40,000 games. In reality, there are just over 22,000 games. However, among those are numerous games that are just slightly different versions of the same game. For example, there are nearly two hundred versions of the same Mortal Kombat-type game. Ok, fine. Still there are thousands of different games on there. But after playing with the system for only 3 days, it broke - it's stuck eternally on the "Loading" screen. Support did respond to my emails, but none of their suggestions worked. And they refuse to send a replacement or a refund. I lost my money and that's it. By the way, although they advertise "24/7 Support" further down their website it shows their phone lines are open only from 9-noon and 2-6 M-F and 10-noon on weekends. But good luck finding a phone number... it doesn't exist.

Not great. They sent me a broken system, took nearly a year and about 10 emails to get a replacement. I still think its a scam but im granting plus 1 star due to them eventually sending me a replacement, not sure how long this one will survive. Not all of the games listed on the website are on the stick.

This company is a complete scam. Product did come but the controllers never really worked from the start, would lose connection or glitch on every single game. Half the games don’t work correctly or are impossible to play because of glitches. Contacted the customer service email and they won’t provide you with a return address, they want you to jump through all kinds of hoops and provide them videos of how everything doesn’t work. Absolute garbage product and garbage company to deal with. Contacting my bank immediately to reverse the charge

The game freezes up… figures start doing whatever they want. Hard to navigate through to choose games. This is a terrible product. You can’t save your progress on games. I will be returning.

Gaming mania fail to acknowledge this complaint and do the right thing.

The courier they used (evri) left the parcel outside in the wet and visible to all foot traffic not at our house, this was reported immediately to gaming mania and evri and they have both chosen to wipe their hands of the issue even though it was an Xmas present for my children.

I do not recommend this company and they have not offered to replace the product or pursue with their delivery company for direct replacement but have offered me a small discount to buy another. Daylight robbery.

The gaming device turned up after a 4 week wait and at first I was pleasantly surprised with the device. Unfortunately it was missing a lot of the emulators and games that it advertised. I contacted customer support to which is supposed to be 24/7 but i did not get a response for over a week. When they did respond they said that it does advertise "up to 40'000 games" but this will vary on regions. After looking over the web page I could not find this info anywhere so asked to return and get a refund. They said they do not offer returns at refunds unless the item is faulty. I have recently found out that you can buy this device on eBay or AliExpress for around £30 so they are completely ripping people off. I have now filed for a refund through PayPal as what they are selling is not as described.

I purchased this device in September. It worked for 1 day where I discovered the advertised games of 40,000 games was only 20,000 games and a lot of the advertised games weren’t included eg GTA. After contacting customer service and sending countless videos with / without memory card showing load failure they agreed to supply a new one, but no tracking was ever supplied . Back and forth for 3 months wasting my time and I had to buy something else for my kid for Xmas. Stay away they are professional scam artists with non-existent customer support

Ordered the item back in July and it took a month to even receive it. The item did not work and stays stuck in the loading screen. Tons of run around with their customer service who has made promises and hasn't delivered anything. 4 months later (after they clearly have no intention of sending another item), I ask them for a refund and expect that I cover the shipping costs. Those costs (through most carriers) are more than the device!

IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEY STATE THE CONSUMER LAW BUT DO NOT ABIDE BY IT.

Terrible company. Ships out their product from New Mexico but if you want to return you have to ship it to Europe and without a tracking number they don't refund you

My young child ordered this console on my phone without consent. I caught it right away and contacted them, their phone number is not real (try calling it) and they "unfortunately" did not read my email until they had already processed my order over 24 hours later. Ironically they had sent me 2 emails in that time frame. It isy fault for having my card info saved in my phone, but they are a shady, dishonest company in this regard you can bet they are shady through and through.

I was supposed to send back the non-working stick, but they gave me an address in Belgium that doesn't even exist!
Now I'm trying to at least get my money back for this piece of crap via PayPal.

ITS A SCAM!!!! They say product will be delivered in 4-7 business days. I ordered product a month ago and still nothing. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR RESPONSE VIA EMAIL. No way to get a refund. && when I use the mail tracking number they provide, USPS says they don’t recognize that tracking number. ITS A SCAM. You’ve been warned.
