Purchased sharp edged dice, seller was very communicative before placing the order. Upon delivery there was a flaw to one of the dice which was disappointing. I contacted the seller to let them know (not necessarily even looking for a refund but just to make them aware) and got ghosted. I tried a further 3 times to contact them and got ghosted each time.
Once they have your money they don't care - AVOID.

I’m a regular customer of Gametee’s - I’ve bought dice and dice accessories, backed some of their kickstarters, and even have some of their clothing. It’s all been as described - no faults, no issues, no cause for complaint.

My latest purchase was under their 3 for 2 acrylic dice offer. The order arrived quickly, and the dice were flawless despite having massive cogs inside. Very happy!

Ordered some dice sets, delivery came on time. The dice look really good. Got a nice note and a picture card included too. Was worried about the other low star reviews here, but I'll happily give Gametee 5 stars. No complaints from me.

I ordered a trickster's box, multiple sets of dice, a dice tray, and a deck of many destinies. All of the items are high quality and shipping was fast, and because I spent so much I got a free coin of fate. I also got a free a social distancing pdf pack, which included items that you would usually have to pay for.

Always amazing quality and fast dispatch from Gametee - the items on their website are so lovingly made; I bought a few handmade wooden boxes that are so amazingly detailed, well-crafted and has that lovely handmade charm about them; they are also incredibly affordable! I've ordered from them a couple times and each time my items arrive within 2-3 days, and the care that goes into the packaging is phenomenal. I almost feel guilty opening them up! The folks at Gametee are definitely my go-to for D&D and fantasy related products, for gifts and for myself. Cannot recommend enough!

Ordered some fairly expensive gemstone dice from here. They took about two weeks to arrive and one of the dice had a large chip in it when my girlfriend opened it for her birthday.

I contacted the retailer and was told that a) they inspect all their dice before they send them so it's impossible that I would have received it damaged and b) it's been over 30 days since my initial order (even though it took ages to arrive, and it was 31 days) so they're not willing to replace it and I'd have to pay for a replacement.

A bit ridiculous and extremely poor customer service from their end, but in the interest of actually having a birthday gift to give I said I would pay for a replacement. I've since been completely ignored by their customer services.

Avoid this retailer like the literal plague.

Postage and packaging was quick - as in one day, arrived potentially 4 days earlier than expected! The quality of the product was amazing, they send a little voucher code in the post, and they have an adorable, personalised, little letter addressed directly to you, which I think is sweet. I will definitely be purchasing from here again. Great prices too!

The item came so quickly! Prices aren't too bad either and they leave a nice note with the items :)

Received my Druid notebook, deck of many things, some coins and a bookmark this morning. Simply stunning items, a lot of effort and thought has gone into the design and look of each.
I had quite a wait on these items but it wasn’t all Gametee’s fault, I had preordered an item which held things up along with a bank holiday. But the company reps answered all my emails and the package did arrive within an acceptable time given the issues.
I’m so pleased with each item and will definitely be a return customer in the near future.
I hope the gaming community give this firm solid support in their efforts. Wonderful to see a home grown British firm producing top quality products. Well done to all involved.

Utterly awful customer service. Apparently unmotivated unless it is to be rude to their customers. I can't rank the quality of my product as it has yet to reach me assuming it ever will. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Fantastic company! Have been ordering all sorts of items from their catalogue for years (since their founding five years ago), every item of which is still going strong which is a testament to the quality of their products.

Great value for money compared to other companies that rip you off with lower quality printing on the tees.

Have always been happy with their delivery times which are prompt and usually within a couple of days of ordering though it may be a little longer around holiday seasons

Ordered 2 times, international shipping. Came in 2 days. The products are simply amazing, tickles my inner nerd.

An utteely horrid mess of customer service.

My order was retured back to them because "no one picked it up". Well I was never provided with a tracking number, never got a notice of delivery and never got a call or message of the package.

Then they send me a message which already assumes my faultness to the matter, demand me to pay higher cost of shipping than it originally was, with a payment option that I do not have, and has no intention whatsoever to find out why I was not noticed, why the delivery failed.

They are anti-customer, rude and provide false or none-helpful information whatsoever.

Do not buy anything from them! I do NOT RECOMMEND!

I've ordered items from this company a few times; generally, I received my items very quickly. However, the first order I placed was delayed twice, due to the product being in high demand; I assume that this was due to a "back to school" rush, so I'd personally be wary of ordering around the festive season.
The staff are great to communicate with, and are very quick to respond to emails.
The items are quality; the candles are wonderful and burn for a long time, the dice are standard but pretty, and the backpacks are sturdy and have lasted me a few years without signs of wear.

Overall, recent positive experiences have far outweighed my more negative first experience with the company, and it's been great to see this company grow.

Fantastic company with friendly faces! All of the items that I have purchased form Gametee have been high quality and lovingly designed. I have also kickstarted one of their projects. They maintained a high level of communication throughout and produced an amazing product at the end of it. I now own a wallet, 4 t-shirts, a notebook and one of their steel signs from their store ;)

Honestly I'm very confused to see several negative reviews on this page and would have no hesitations recommending Gametee to anyone I know.

I had no tracking information, none of my items have arrived after weeks and weeks... I contacted customer service, they were rude, they didn't understand what I was saying (I was writing in plain english) and they simply stopped answering me after two messages !

I contacted customer service many times and had an unpleasant experience. In the end they took my feedback as staff abuse when I only stated that I was lied to about when my second attempt, replacement package was actually sent to me(there was more things I was unhappy about but that was the main point of the emails). The package had a signature and date. It was a week after the date I was told it was sent to me. They don't give you a receipt with a replacement when an order goes wrong and only tell you when it was sent out. The person from customer service then took it personal and said they were upset that I would call them a liar...even though it's a lie since the package literally has a date from when it's actually sent. Then they said I was banned from shopping from them because abusing staff is not tolerated. It was comical how they take calm, factual feedback as staff abuse. And they banned me after I had already said that I wouldn't be shopping on their site anymore. So it was like an immature person trying to ban me because I had already said I wouldn't be a customer anymore. It made no sense how they acted toward me as a customer. I'm obviously upset with the poor service I received.

Oh and it was about 2 months for me to get just one print that I ordered.
