I accidentally placed two orders and they canceled one and they canceled the one with the correct adress, the one thag had the wrong address was forfilled even with me contacting, I was ignored when I tried contacting them

Never heard of this site before till Chat GPT told me about it when I needed a lian li part, so I was skeptical at first but just sent it anyway cause they had what I needed for super cheap so cheap that I just bought two to have a spare. I frequently do business with this online merchant, especially in the form of Lian Li Fans of all models, probably 10 PCs of fans about 80-100. And has always been exactly what I've ordered every time. I recently ordered A 3 Pack of the TL LCD 120mm Black Fans Unfortunately it was missing the Fan module cable. I contacted support and Mike responded and immediately has my part in shipment to my home. Thank you for the prompt response and the excellent customer service after purchasing, it is rare but much appreciated from this customer.

Ordered LianLi fans. Price was great, unfortunately received white instead of black. They sent out the black ones a little later. Communication was not great, but not bad either. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service from them.

Worst company I ever made purchase. Buy pack of fans for.my PC pay extra for receive item 2 days after I purchased they take a week for delivery. I received item damaged . For both problems I try to.comunicate with them via email ,call and their page chat without responding. I'm still waiting . Avoid them if you don't waste you.money and time

My product was supposed to be delivered 5-6 days after I placed the order. I waited about 10 days from the day I ordered and I finally reached out to them and told them that my product was supposed to be delivered a few days ago and I wanted to know what was going on. They said that there was an error in the system that they just realized, and that they would ship out the product soon. I didn’t receive the product until 2 1/2 weeks from the time I placed my order. If I never reached out to them about my order then I never would have had an update on my product or probably ever receive it. The product was fine after finally receiving but the inconvenience of having to wait so long and not have my computer running properly was frustrating

Edit: I did hear back and the cables have been shipped. No harm, no foul.

Ordered several fans for computer. 3 of the boxes were opened and missing power cords,
One was also missing the screws. I reached out twice now with no response. It’s been 2 weeks now and about to issue a chargeback if I don’t hear from someone about fixing this.

Had bought a fan from them.. I found out it was used with out the included hardware.. notified gamertech and they sent out a replacement new one free of charge, shipped the same day. Highly recommended will continue to be a customer! Support was great! Very happy with them. A+

Great price on the Lian Li Hydroshift TL . AIO.
Shipping was on time. Shipping box seemed adequate but the product package had a huge ding on one corner. AIO doesn't appear to be damaged.
Hope everything checks out when I get things hooked up and running. Minus one star for packaging.

Ordered some lian li fans
Received them in a reasonable time and packaged just fine.

Ordered the wrong flow direction for the 3 LCD fans so hopefully they'll do a return/swap for the reverse ones. Noob mistake on my first pc build.

Emailed and filled out a return on said item above. I'm just wanting to swap it with reverse ones. Have not had a response so far. Hopefully they will soon, and if I do I'll add my experience here and change the star rating as well.

Ok so when you return an item to be swapped with another your refund will show they subtract shipping and a restocking fee.
But if you plane to buy/swap the item with another from them they will wave the fees and give you a full refund if the returned item is like new/undamaged or missing parts.

Now they are a little slow to getting to your order, dont fret so far it seems they will get to your order within 3 to 4 days. They might just be busy at the moment.
They are not quick on email responses either but again they might be busy, I'm not sure.
They will still take care of you, just need to exercise patients.10/10/24

I needed to add more to my order and sent them a message. within a few hours they had responded to my email and sent payment option to add the extra fans I wanted. fantastic customer service. Will be shopping with you in the future.

Awesome retailer
First time ordering from them. Had good price and items i needed in stock. Processed the order very quickly and arrived via USPS. Will definitely consider GamerTech in the future.

Returned a purchase of $250 that I never even opened and got refunded 20 dollars, took weeks for the refund and didn't even get the money it said I was gonna get back and horrible at responding to emails. Do not recommend!

Overall good, had a part of my order get messed up but support was fast and solved it quickly and professionally.
