On my second console,which took 3 months and dozens of emails to replace,and the new console freezes every time I try to play it.i suggest you save money and get a super console x2 pro,it's $120 cheaper and works better.

When we received our game system and set it up we were disappointed that it wasn’t working correctly. After talking with support they corrected the problem promptly. New system in and now can’t stop playing games. This system is awesome with all the old nostalgia games.

Game gear was very responsive when I had an issue with my first SD card. They shipped a replacement out immediately and I have been enjoying my retropi games

The product works great. The instruction manual is difficult to understand and follow when setting games up and maneuvering around the system.

The 2 controllers had no boxes as advertised. They were shoved in my mailbox. Thank goodness they weren't broken. Went to report in your chat section, and it wasn't optional at the time.

Love the card. Asked for a few extra games but never heard back

I’ve had a really bad experience with GameGear. The products they offer are not rated for USA Electrical outlets, the customer service is nonexistent, and the worst of all you could get the exact same product on Temu for less than $20. Do Not Waste you time or money on them.

Purchased the game console and there was a twitch - customer service promptly had me return it and sent me new one and it is amazing! Def recommend getting one-reliving my childhood with my lil one🙏

Game gear support no help. Tried to fix my broken device. Still ended up broken. Asked them to send me a new one and they never replied back

the paddles cheap and break FREQUENTLY; however, the customer service is great and it sounds like they are making adjustments to improve their product!

We had issues with the controller not properly playing the N64 portion of the system. We sent the item back for review, and received it Weeks later in a new device with the same exact issues. Totally unacceptable, we regret our purchase. For the price that you spend, it is easier and better to opt for the state of the art system with a reputable company. Avoid this purchase.

Ordered direct. It was there within a week and works great. Plug and play. The interface is excellent compared to the previous retro gaming system I had.

This thing is awesome! It might be really easy but its still really fun. Well worth the purchase in my opinion.

Great product and even better customer service. My first card developed a minor bug that only affected its ability to shutdown properly. Rather than wait to see if the bug worsened, they shipped me out a new card at no cost to me.

The card and game console are really great. A ton of great games, the ability to add cheat codes, all good stuff. Highly recommend, especially if you’re not interested in building and tinkering on your own retropie.

My experience with game gear has been very pleasant. I had purchase a controller from them and the controller had a small Malfunction I emailed them about my problem and and they sent me another controller Express delivered it in 3 days. They got back to me Really quick and solve my problem I am very pleased with my purchase 5 stars service!!!! This is the way a company should be run.
