I ordered some items for my daughter who has Autism and special needs. I received an email that night to say my parcel would be delivered the next day. The parcel never arrived. I contacted the store who were very apologetic and explained that one of the items was damaged and they had to get another from their other store. They then told me that it would be with me the next day and they refunded me the postage I had paid. The next day the items still did not arrive, so I contacted them again. The person I spoke to apologised and said they would personally put it in the post themselves. When it arrived, it was well packed, and everything was good. Then on the Monday I was out, I got a call from the company to say they had sent another package to my address by mistake, and they wanted it back. I rang home and found out that it had been given to my daughter as it had her name on, and she had opened it. We have brought a few things, so she thought it was hers. I rang them back and said yes, we have the parcel. The man said we want it back tomorrow. I said I am not sure I would be in. He told me that he wanted the parcel back but when I said I might not be in he did say he would work around me. The worse thing was that he was able to arrange a tracked DPD collection for the next day after failing to deliver the first parcel as promised. Also, my daughter with autism got very distressed when I had to take back the ornament, she thought were hers, she could not understand why someone would give her something then take it back, because as she said, it had her name and address on it so it was hers. This company have caused us a lot of distress and we will not be using them again.

I was quite apprehensive about using this company as I had never bought anything from them in the past. I did ask a few questions which were replied to very promptly. I went ahead and ordered a piece of Crown Derby yesterday. I have just received the order via DPD Courier, very well packaged and an incredibly fast delivery!! The item is as described and first quality, I am very satisfied and most happy with the service which I have received from this company. I found them friendly and very approachable, they were more than happy to answer my questions and they made me feel valued. My experience is extremely positive, I would use this company again in the future, I personally felt that the service which I received far outweighs that of many of their competitors. I would recommend them to anyone who may wish to use their services and I wish them all the very best for the future.

Excellent service,i accidentally put wrong postcode and they bent over backwards to help me, and all was rectified. The Item was a large crystal vase and was very well packaged, therefore item was in perfect condition, and to top it off it was great value for money, cheapest I found. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very impressed. Bought expensive glassware (although cheaper than any other site) so was a bit apprehensive about a site I'd never used before. Came promptly without hassle, no blemishes and authentic. Could be wrong but looks like a nice small company so glad to support.

First time we have purchased from this company, their prices were very reasonable, and they keep us fully updated when our order would be despatched. Up to this point a first class service received with no complaints whatsoever about Gallery Gifts. Would have given a five star review but Unfortunately they have been badly let down by the courier service they use. UPS advised on Thursday 26th they were expecting our package, on Friday 27th, they advised delivery would be made that day. Unfortunately having waited in all day no delivery was received. UPS are unable to state when delivery will now be made! Shame that Gallery Gifts have been so badly let down by an appalling courier service. Do hope they look into service given by UPS.
