Arrived sooner than expected. Bought for my boyfriends birthday and he loves it. Really good build quality.

Great customer service and no quibble exchange. My son ordered a lightsaber but he ordered one that needed to be programmed, which was not what he wanted. I was expecting a battle as we have been bitten by other shoddy lighsaber retailers in the past but Galaxy were great. They spoke to my son at length about what he actually wanted and did a refund and re-order with no hassle. Sent returns label, gave refund swiftly, all good. Highly recommend this company.

The swords are excellent qualities one thing that is a shame is that we can not buy the electronic part that are inside the swords to repair our superb swords

Galaxy Sabers are the best company I have ever bought from! Their staff are so helpful and polite. I originally purchased a Storm Lightsaber but when the delivery time passed I contacted them, they quickly responded and told me that they where not able to get the Lightsaber within an acceptable time and gave me 3 options, i could either 1. Choose to wait and receive a 10% discount, 2. They could dispatch another saber that day, that they had in stock, or 3. Cancel and issue me a full refund. I chose option 2 and selected a lightsaber, I fully expected to have to pay the difference but the person from Galaxy Sabers I was talking to told me that they would send me the new saber at no extra cost to myself and they would dispatch it the same day! I chose the Anakin Ep2 Neopixel, it is perfect!

I have purchased from truly horrible/criminal companies in the past but Galaxy Sabers is by far the finest company I have ever used, their staff is so helpful, nice and willing to go the extra mile for their customers, I can not recommend using Galaxy Sabers for all your Lightsaber needs enough. They really are fantastic!!!

Ordered a mystery box and received a Reactor. The hilt and blade arrived quickly and suitably packaged. It feels great in the hand, solidly built and easy to maneuver. The sound is good, plenty loud enough and the light is brighter than expected. I dislike the motion control but it is easy to turn off.

Ordered a Darth Maul Clone wars proffie saber for my sons 13th bday and some of the quality issues are shocking.

They are very nice to look at and honestly do look the part but some of the design issues and QC problems really spoilt his enjoyment of receiving it.
It came with a reasonably well made case but the inserts added to it to hold the saber and all parts were badly done and both of the saber handles had adhesive and bits of black foam stuck to them which took a while to clean. I will have to replace the foam dividers as they have already come unstuck and it looks a mess.

The power button on one half screws in but is loose and falls off extremely easy and has nearly been lost several times in the first day. Had to use a small amount of threadlock on it to hold it but that should really be done during manufacture.
The belt hook on the partially black side was fitted with the wrong screw and fell off which allowed the handle to spin and made it awkward to disassemble. I had to replace the m3×8 used with an m3×9.5 which was not a huge issue for me but not everyone has access to an engineering workshop so that issue could be a major one for a lot of people.
It did come with all the leads, a couple of stands and plenty of fixings with the tools required which was good.
I really wanted to be able to praise this product and to be able to recommend it as most saber firms are not UK based so would of been good to recommend a local store and support UK businesses but in all honesty I really can't.

So near to being a great product but a few pretty serious issues let it down.

It was a great place to get my first ever lightsaber from and have loved it so much. It was worth every penny and when my battery was faulty they were very nice and fixed it for free and we very kind when talking. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a lightsaber.

The saber is absolutely fantastic, everything I hoped it would be! It’s strong enough to withstand decent duelling, gives a wide range of customisation with the different colours and light effects and makes you feel undeniably cool.
