I bought the Revan V1 proffie and it came really fast and the customer service was brillent. Emailed them regarding tracking and they got straight back to me and was very helpful. The saber itself is AMAZING and i can't wait to programme even more onto it. I am one very happy customer thankyou.

They can make it clear they are importers and not manufacturers. I would not have bought from them had I known the item was coming from china with a two week wait.

When I ordered, I also contacted GS to ask them a question, and although I don’t think they had an intent to lie, the answer I got wasn’t accurate.
Hasn’t put me off buying from them though.

After getting back into Star Wars, my inner child got the better of me and next thing I know im online looking to purchase a saber! It wasnt too long before I found Galaxy Sabers. They had a plethora of different products, from hilts to stands and parts to name a few on their website. I went ahead and with it being my first saber (and a bit of a novice), ordered a more affordable saber, but they had a nice offer of 35% off on everything but mystery boxes so I purchased an upgraded board to go along with it. I realised after placing the order I selected the wrong size blade, I contacted them after to see if anything could be done and they got back to me the next day confirming that they had changed the order to what I wanted. I ordered it on the 26th of February and it turned up yesterday, so it took 10 business days which I expected as it states it is a 7-12 business day delivery time. The saber itself is flawless, kudos to the supplier/manufacturer Galaxy use as the quality is top notch, loads of sound fonts, blade is nice and bright and the compatible app works wonderfully.

On a side note, I think the mention of different delivery times on their website might be where some people are having issues. They either aren't making the correlation that it is only business days, or they are reading elsewhere on the site a different delivery time as I did find a section where it said delivery would take 3-6 days after the order being processed. It might be worth Galaxy just updating the information on their website so everything matches up (but then again, I did find the stated 7-12 business day delivery time so it wasn't an issue for myself.)

Overall, good communication, great product, and a happy customer. 🤙

Awesome tech for the price really great quality super easy controls

I had a terrible experience with Galaxy Sabers and will never be ordering from them again. They advertise "guaranteed" 4-9 day worldwide delivery, which is completely misleading. My order took nearly three weeks to arrive, making the lightsaber two days late for the intended birthday gift.

To make matters worse, their customer service is practically nonexistent. I sent multiple emails asking for updates, and out of all of them, I only received two responses. One of those was a false promise that my order would arrive on time—clearly, that was a lie.

If you're expecting reliable shipping or decent customer support, don't waste your time or money here. Extremely disappointing experience.

No Communication from this company despite reaching out to them,
Shocking service, will be heading to the bank tomorrow showing proof and requesting refund ,
Company says it has now issued refund , waiting for said refund to hit my account!!

I ordered a couple of items (one being very expensive) on 25th January but have heard nothing at all since. I tried tracking using the order number provided along with my email address but I just get a 'Can't find your order' response.
I have emailed customer services as per their website but no response. They have no number so I can't call them.
As a business owner myself, I am astounded at their poor levels of customer service and as a first time (and last time) customer I'm even more shocked.
I strongly urge you to update me on my purchase before things need to be taken further.
It's such a shame that there are more and more companies like this, that take your money and provide a service that is totally unacceptable. Just do your job properly!!!!!

UPDATE: Finally heard back by email. They blamed the Chinese New Year Celebrations for the delay, then apologised and said that my item will be processed as quickly as possible. Unsurprisingly, I've heard nothing since!! I've just requested a full refund. EVERYONE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS COMAPNY ....!!

Okay, this is the first time I bought a LightSaber from galaxy Sabres and I was not disappointed, I bought the Luke Skywalker one from the original Star Wars movie back in 77 And it’s fantastic, I will admit it’s a little heavy, but what the hell it’s not like I’m going to be out fighting with it every day, more importantly it’s screen accurate. Well I guess about 99% screen accurate and that’s good enough for me, And. It has great sound effects, some nice musical Sound fonts,it looks fantastic And by that I mean, it looks like the one in the movie, not the chrome ones that are out on the market which you can’t touch without a pair of gloves, and you need to wipe them down every single time you Touch them, and trust me, you do need to do this because I used to do kendo back in the 90s and have a number of katana’s/samurai swords, and if you leave your fingerprint on the blade and don’t wipe it off a few weeks later, you have a rust fingerprint in the metal that will never come out, But This looks a real McCoy has all the bells and whistles, and apart from the charger, they also supplied a plug that lights up quite beautifully, which I wasn’t expecting and your instructions obviously and it came with a free base lit sabre. That looks fantastic as well. Great sound effects, light and easy to swing, And realistically better for LightSaber duels because it’s lighter and more manoeuvrable, and more importantly, if it breaks its less expensive to fix or replace a blade, And all in a very nice presentation box, I only have two Sabres, Well two Neoplex Sabres, and my third free gift base lit LightSaber, one I bought three years ago, which is the Luke Skywalker return of the Jedi LightSaber with the green blade, and this one is obviously the version that Obi-Wan Kenobi gives the young Luke in the original Star Wars movie with a white blades with a bluish tint to it and that’s all I want is for them to be screen accurate but both of them have the box on the side, and even if they were lighter, would not be ideal for duelling, Both realistically are display pieces, and there are many Neoplex Sabres, I’ve seen that would be perfect for duelling Simply because of the grip, Both my old one and my new one are things of beauty, and I can’t thank galaxy Sabres enough for the trouble they went to to install a special music Font that I wanted, but had no idea how to Install, and for the time they’ve taken and the help they’ve given me with my purchase! And a special shout out to Reggie who has been my online advisor, hopefully in the future I will purchase another. LightSaber and I will definitely use this company, one because they’ve been very helpful, two they went the extra mile with a customer service, and most importantly, that their product is 10 out of 10 gold star and worth every penny, and it’s also the fact that in this day and age, when finances are a little tight I like To spend my money with a British company rather than a yank company/American, so if you’re thinking about buying a LightSaber give galaxy Sabres a go, British,great service, fantastic light, Sabres and excellent prices

Ordered almost a month ago (Dec 27 2024) & cut them some slack with delivery as I know logistics can be complex over the Christmas period. 3rd January I emailed about tracking information, I received a response but no tracking information until 16th Jan.

Then once the tracking came through the package seemed to travel through 5 different countries before arriving at the WRONG address somewhere in Lincoln - when my order confirmation & shopify order clearly shows the correct address (I live in Leeds).

I can’t speak to the quality of the product, because I haven’t seen them.

But avoid buying from here if you want fast & stress free delivery, for sure. At the very least they should provide a more realistic estimate for delivery.

UPDATE:
Finally received my order after having to redirect it again - the quality of the saber itself is thankfully great. I just wish I hadn't had to wait so long for it.

Would love to know the correct tracking number for my sons birthday present ordered 3 weeks ago

It was my first time but from galaxy sabers. I bought a saber called the devil. When it arrived there were some parts loose or detached in which the Allen key provided could was too large to attach the loose parts. I had to buy my own set of small Allen keys to try and attach it yet it is still slightly loose.

The instructions are not clear and does not 100% match for my saber.
I am therefore hesitant on buying another saber from them

They delivered perfectly within the time frame they said they would (only including business days) and it was good considering how far it had to come. I needed a saber to start with as I had only practiced doing tricks with cheap plastic swords from other franchises. This Saber (Galctic Defender, baselit RGB) has both a metal hilt and is the perfect weight for tricks. The baselit part shouldn't put anyone down as I'm sure you've looked on YouTube or Google for baselit lightsabers and they've been dimly lit and lackluster, these RGB Sabers are not that, they are very bright for baselit with the light being evenly distributed throughout the whole blade to maximise the light given off and keep it looking clean, something they've pulled off perfectly.

Highly recommended by me just as a beginner, don't buy cheap, buy Galaxy.

Although they could not deliver for xmas (partly my fault for not ordering earlier) the after sales responses were excellent. Some parts were missing and they sent me plenty of spares.

Absolutely fantastic. I am an avid collector of Star Wars memorabilia, especially lightsabers. I’ve ordered savers from various suppliers & Galaxy Sabers is by far one of the best.
Everything you need to know is in the descriptions, which are 100% accurate, so when you receive your lightsaber everything you were promised is there.
I highly recommend Galaxy Sabers to all of my family, friends & Star Wars collectors I know.

I made a purchase and I have contacted the company, but one sign of the product or a response to my enquiry?
This as a former company owner is extremely poor customer service, it does not matter how busy you are as a business, you MUST reply to your customers!

Communication was good, delivery was prompt and items as described. Can not talk to the play ability yet, as they are a Xmas present but from testing the sound is realistic and looks great. I know my son is going to be over the moon with the Galaxy Saber.

Is a very good one

I have placed a Black Friday order and I have had no response to emails and spent a lot of money on my son’s Christmas present!!!
