After reading the last review here (made me chuckle), I decided to test Galaxy Numbers for myself. And wow, am I glad I did!

Daniel and the team were super helpful, polite, and efficient. Within no time, they set me up with a sleek, easy-to-remember phone line for Top Coach Hire—a number so cool you’d want to tattoo it on your hand (kidding… maybe).

Their service was miles ahead of the three other companies I considered. Quick, affordable, and stress-free—exactly what you need when running a busy business like mine.

Galaxy have provided my business with a number for a few years now, it was very easy and straightforward to setup, it works great, it’s fantastic value and I’ve never had any problems. The customer service is excellent and they’ve been very fast action any changes I’ve needed. Thank you!

Always a very good experience dealing with GN, we have used them for number porting on a few occasions over the years and I have never struggled to get the help I need when I email and call.

Receptionist - Unhelpful, Unknowledgeable, Unsure, Cant pass on to anyone - Definately didnt inspire any confidence in this company. Everything i asked for was - "whats your number and ill get someone to call you back".

This company is run by people who genuinely care about their clients. In this world, that's really saying something. (Their chat feature is staffed by an actual human! Who knows what they're doing! That's so unusual it's almost funny.)
They supported me quickly and entirely, going the extra mile without fanfare, to get things set up exactly the way I wanted.
Seriously, my experience with them was/is outstanding and I recommend them completely.

Just started a new business and was looking for a VOIP phone number and service to use from mobile, computer and desk phone which was quick to setup and cost effective.
