We got an upgrade to a ship called Fragata. Voucher was received only 5 days before trip. Be aware that what you are going to see depends highly on luck. Some spots were great others disappointing because of absent of animals or bad visibility when snorkling. Guide was promising too much. Should have been realistic instead of false promises.

We are sorry to hear that the organization and expectations during your trip did not fully meet your needs. We take your feedback very seriously, as continuously improving our trips and ensuring our guests' satisfaction are very important to us.
We sincerely regret that information regarding your ship upgrade and travel documents was provided at such short notice. It is also very disappointing to hear that the information provided by the guide regarding wildlife or snorkeling conditions was too optimistic, as we always strive for transparent and realistic communication.
We would appreciate learning more about your specific experiences and any suggestions for improvement you may have, so we can further optimize our service. Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions with us.
