I visited Gails Wimbledon today and found unacceptable that a cappuccino paid £ 3.70 had to be made with a leftover coffee left which the staff shared on two cups ,one of course mine!Is this the kind... Mehr ansehen

I call into Gail’s Wimbledon village everyday. After school snacks have definitely taken a turn for the better since I was at school! The staff are super friendly and sometimes even have my order read... Mehr ansehen

Gail’s’ Wimbledon Village!
A new wave of excellent staff with brilliant customer service have changed the face of this Gail’s branch. Hannah is exceptional and great addition to the Gail’s family. The main barista knows how to make a perfectly “hot” drink which is not luke warm as is often served in other branches. She also takes great pride in making a hot drink for all customers. A huge appreciation for Hannah and the team who have given this Gail’s a much needed warm and cozy atmosphere!

Marvellous Christmas bun!
A really hot latte, just right, and Gail’s gave me a loyalty voucher for a Christmas bun, totally calorific but absolutely wonderful, perfect treat for a walk on Wimbledon Common, will be having more and highly recommended!

I visited Gails Wimbledon today and found unacceptable that a cappuccino paid £ 3.70 had to be made with a leftover coffee left which the staff shared on two cups ,one of course mine!Is this the kind of training been given to staff?I didn't want to argue and left with a disgusting drink which I had to damp into the waste
