AT THIS STAGE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I decided to go wtih ths company based on the reveiws, promising quick service. I paid extra to get my Samsung Galaxy Note to Gadget Trader quickly - the offer I was initially provided with - the best given across the board was then deducted by £25.00 due to stratches on the back and front - which when I sent to Gadget Trader there were not any on the screen. As I needed the funds quickly I agreed to the reduction - and was informed that I was now in the payment queue - this is some 72 hours after receiving the phone. I was then advised that my bank account details were incorrect which - which is strange as I did provide the correct one. However I then confimred what they were and some 48 hours later - which excludes the weekend - I have not heard a thing despite two emails being sent for an update. I have sold phones to other big name traders and have had no problems and have had funds quicker than this - I just don't know why I decided to go to Gadget Trader - I would feel more comfortable with my choice if I have received responses to my emails and more frequent updates. So a the moment I have no phone and no funds and no responses!!!

Please do not be so unfortunate as to use this website. Company promised my £231 for my iPhone 5. I used a recycle your phone compare site and these were offering the most. Unfortunately this is probably how they have reeled people in in the past. The phone had been used for a total of 1 day and had absolutely no marks on it whatsoever.
The website states that payment is within 24 hours of receiving your phone and that you are kept up to date via email throughout the entire process. No one emailed me throughout the process and i had to call them several times for a day before anyone even picked up the phone. Nobody replies to emails at all either. Initially they claimed they didn't even have the phone until i proved Royal Mail had delivered it.
After a week i got an email saying unfortunately we can only offer £150 (more than £80 less than i was promised) due to general wear and tear. This claim was laughable as the phone had been used for one day.
Stay away from these thieves guys.

When you selected the item condition on our website you claimed that the iPhone was in Good Condition and Full working order but unfortunately the iPhone we received had damage to the mute button and dents to the side of the phone, with the price being revised to reflect this. When you called to discuss your trade-in a gesture of good will of £20 was given to you and the payment made the same day into your account.

I traded my iphone 4 in, got the best price compared to other sites. Service was quick and I was kept informed at every stage. Funds were received quickly. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future.
