Seems they have form for lying and making up things.
Sent me pictures of damage and dirt on my console (unlucky for them I had photos of when I sent it, they will reduce price and say it's due to condition of the item, yet my pictures prove it was in great condition.
Very unprofessional and they clearly have form of scamming people and damaging items.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Read and laugh at their reply....crying because I know my consumer rights and didn't "threaten" legal action or to involve Trading standards, it was a PROMISE. And a promise I have absolutely done. They are now involved.
Your lies and your attitude have brought this upon your very dodgy company, and judging by some of the other reviews left you have a back round of ripping customers off and telling lies. This is clear for all to see.
So keep crying your tears of victimhood, I'll see you in court xx

Update after receiving my watch back:

I sent my Apple Watch Series 8, quoted at £135.90 in excellent condition. Gadget GoGo cut the offer to £81.54, claiming heavy scratches that I am certain were not there when I sent it.
They refused to provide photos showing the serial number alongside the scratches, and the photo they did share had all metadata removed so there was no date/time or device information. This means there was no proof the image was of my watch.
I have now received my watch back and taken detailed photographs of the condition. I cannot replicate the scratches shown in their original photos, which strongly suggests their images were either edited or not of my device at all.
I’ve escalated this to Citizens Advice for referral to Trading Standards, as I believe this reflects a wider pattern. I’ve since seen many reviews reporting the same experience.

After checking reviews, I can see many others have had the same experience with high quotes reduced once the item arrives claiming 'heavy cosmetic damage'. I’ll be escalating this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

Wasn’t sure about this company as there were some bad reviews that worried me but honestly this company offer the BEST price around for your second hand device. I had a £10 reduction of my original offer for not having the charger which I knew would happen but they definitely pay out within 48 hours of getting your order. Sent off my Apple Watch on the 12th July, got my final offer on the 16th and received the money this morning 18th July. Very happy with the service and the money I got, will definitely return and recommend. Thank you so much!

Great experience start to finish and rare to find a truly honest company these days! Not being tech savvy i input my item incorrectly after being told by another company it wasn't the product I thought it was. After receiving the item Gadget GoGo emailed me immediately to say the item was not what I had told them and was in fact worth a much higher value. They provided a new quote and gave the option to accept or decline, after accepting the funds were in my account within 24 hours! I couldn't recommend this company more!

Everything went smoothly and I received the original estimate. The only issue was the lack of communication apart from the initial order confirmation, but all went well in the end.
