Extremely quick - Two working days from instruction to a completed and fair report. They sent a draft within 24 hours of surveying the property and that needed a slight factual tweak. That was amended and sent back within the hour. Excellent service.

The draft survey was emailed to us the next day and we approved it. We approved the final copy the same day! No amendments were required to the survey report. Excellent service.

Can’t fault Neil Cromarty Inverness branch. Came to survey my parents house for Home Report and discovered they had got Cavity Wall insulation put in! Obviously devastating for me trying to sell property but he went above and beyond to contact colliegues over Scotland to try and find companies that would extract this cavity wall. He gave me contact details and as a result i got a company which has now extracted the cavity wall and at a very reasonable price. Can now move forward with selling property but

I was met on the day by Richard who was genuinely enthusiastic about the job that he was doing. I had a great chat with him and he talked me through everything. Be careful with this company. If something goes wrong they aren't very forthcoming in remedying the issue.
