Not impressed with the way I was treated at all. I wouldn't label the company as a scam, but knowing what I know now, I would not spend my money with them when there are much better alternatives available. Zero customer service.

I was not made aware that the migration would be taking place, otherwise I would have closed the trades that were still open, unfortunately I did not have an opportunity to do so because of a lack of communication from your end.

Additionally, trying to have my post deleted on Trustpilot by claiming that I have never been a customer of FX2, despite providing valid account numbers is not something I would expect from a legitimate prop firm. The only reason this post is still here is because I provided Trustpilot with multiple instances of communication between FX2 and myself over various issues that I had with the company and their management. That should tell you everything you need to know about FX2 and their management.

Bottom line, do your due diligence. Get onto various forums and find out what works for you. FX2 was definitely a big mistake for me.

Guys stay away they are not legit. I pass challenge with only 2% risk idea, and passing they restrict me to only risk 1 % risk for all opening position, also cannot reopen under 30minutes. After I got my first payout, they restrict me again one more rule 45%consistency rule, best profit cannot exceed 45% for total profit, if not cannot withdraw. Fine, I accept it total three HIDDEN RULES which didnt mention on website. Then when i was up 3% profit on my account, I ask to confirm whether i need to reach 8% in order to request payout, because there is a single trade I win 4%. Then, they just instantly breach my account. I didn't break any rules they had given to me, I risk 0.8% per trade, didn't reopen after SL. But they just manually breach without any reason, yet they flag my review on Trustpilot. They can't even afford to pay 3%on my 50k funded account. Check their discord you can see the whole month February there is like only 2 payout certifications. I understand not all people like to post payout but whole month only 2 payouts. Guys think about it, I have 400k funded account total. They are the first company to ban me LOL. Dont waste your time again, I can provide all proof from the email they sent to me as well.

Finally got a payout due after a long time trying . It was paid in full and same day. Drawdowns are tight , but that is the discipline required to be a trader.

I sent a support message via e-mail and there was no response. How long does the response process take?

One of the best prop firms out there. My experience has been nothing but positive with customer service team who respond quickly and resolve any questions. The risk team are fair and transparent and as long as you stick to the trading rules, you will get consistent pay outs. Highly recommend this company

J’ai récemment eu une expérience extrêmement positive avec FX2 Funding. Après la migration de leur plateforme, j’ai rencontré un problème d’inactivité sur mon compte. Le support client, et en particulier Mara, a été d’une réactivité et d’une efficacité remarquables : en un temps record, mon compte a été rétabli et ma demande de changement de plateforme a été acceptée sans complication.

Ayant eu des comptes dans d’autres prop firms qui ont dû quitter MetaTrader, je peux affirmer que leur gestion de la transition n’a rien à voir avec celle de FX2 Funding. Là où d’autres ont échoué, FX2 Funding prouve qu’ils ont une organisation solide et bien pensée.

C’est rassurant de travailler avec une entreprise aussi professionnelle et à l’écoute de ses clients. J’espère pouvoir bientôt atteindre le statut financé avec eux et je n’hésiterai pas à laisser un autre avis à ce moment-là !

Beware!

Passed to funded stage! And get banned for no reason. Added 1 star because they return me account cost in 1 day in my first review, but now take it back - they try to remove this review and flagget it.

But I got all the proofs. And I believe in Trustpilot.

Why I say no reason? Because in their e-mail to me they have not indicated that I have violated any clause of the contract or other agreement.

Let me quote from their e-mail:
"During this review, we identified systematic patterns within your trades that raise significant concerns about the authenticity of the activity. While we recognize and value the efforts made by all traders to successfully complete our evaluation, the nature of these patterns suggests a deviation from a standard trading strategy, and raises concerns about their authenticity."

So for them high winrate with 2.5% risk/profit targets is a deviation from a standard trading strategy? xD

Also red flag: their support pretend do not know what payout tracker is (such as payout junctions and others).

Quick payouts. 1st payout from requesting it was within 48 hours because of verification then 2nd was within 12 hours.

This firm is very good. Despite me being breached due to my own misunderstanding of some specific rules on my account. The firm was very understanding and professional. Managed to process two withdrawals before breach. Support/ risk team are very efficient and fast. The highlight of this firm for me was the amazing spread especially on Asian pairs. Top firm, will be revisiting soon
