Excellent attentive customer service from initial quote to collection on delivery day. Can't fault this company.

Hopefully we’ll never need the stem cells but it’s nice to know they’re safely tucked away all the same. Future Health made the whole process so easy and our phlebotomist Dawn was great. We had been through the ordeal of IVF and miscarriage previously and had a very complicated high risk pregnancy that necessitated a Caesarean section. We really wanted the cord collection but were worried it would add further stress and we’d been through enough of that already. We needn’t have worried as even when I was hospitalised and our Caesarean date was brought forward unexpectedly, Dawn kept in touch at every stage and ensured all went to plan. She made us feel like she was prepared and for us it was now one less thing to worry about. In theatre there was a problem with the cord and we thought we wouldn’t get enough blood or tissue but she managed to get the sample needed which was a big relief. We found that the staff we spoke to each time we phoned were polite, helpful and knowledgable. Thanks very much 😊

Amazing service, we had our baby on February this year, and we decided on last minute to collect the cells just days before. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.We strongly recomend it.

Fantastic service, we decided to do stem cell collection right at the last minute and Future Health Biobank managed to accommodate us. I went into labour before my kit had arrived due to booking so last minute but they arrived with a spare kit and everything went smoothly. Great service.

Once we went to the hospital we kept on updating the collector/courier and he came in at midnight then at 2am when I actually gave birth. Good thing also that our midwife helped when I was in labour so I didn’t have to worry! Anyways I highly recommend FH Biobank!

Our baby boy was born two weeks ago and we've already had the results of our cord blood and newborn tests. I cannot recommend Future Health Biobank enough - they've been brilliant. The service up to and on the day was so reassuring, with no disruption to the elective c-section. We didn't know exactly what time our c-sec would be, but our lovely phlebotomist turned up early to introduce herself and put our minds at rest as to how it simple the collection would be.

Couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend to any parents thinking about storing cord blood / tissue.

Future Health Biobank was recommended to us by friends and we were delighted with the service we received to collect the stem cells from our daughter. They called us several times throughout the process to explain which stage we were at and what needed to be done next and were also readily available by phone to answer our questions. While the process seemed a little daunting initially, Future Health Biobank ensured their instructions were simple and clear - absolutely vital during the already chaotic process of labour!

Very happy for collection at least but never used the cord and hopefully will never need but dont know how the company works if you will have to use it but for collection is good

This is the second time I've used bio bank and think they are fantastic! Their service is fabulous and the phlobotoist is amazing!

They offered a 19% discount to beat another competitive company and had me sign the contract with Future Health Biobank.
They offered 400euro discount representing 19% on their contract for full package.
Then they said the cord cells are not good.
Then they charged me for the basic package (only blood cells storage) without the discount, the amount being almost the same as for the full package.
Practically they cancel the discount after you sign the contract and send you the invoice without discount, under the pretext that it is a different package.
You will end up paying storage for both cord and blood cells, and get half the service - only cord cells storage.

I had a good experience with Future Health Biobank. The procedure was explained many times clearly. The phlebotomist they sent over to the hospital was there on time considering I had a quick labour. She took the sample and told us what us the collection was successfully. Also the courier came to pick up the collection kit on time.

I contracted Vision test using a midwife service from my city. The ad promise results in 5-7 working days. Mine, took 10 days. I had to ask for explanations about the delay which arrived late and in a lazy way. Besides, this company doesn't perform the test. Our test was done in France by a third part laboratory. I complaint directly to Future Health Biobank and I didn't get any answer. Only the midwife service through I contracted the service provided me with the answer that the test was delayed because of the bad weather. I can't recommend this company and I won't have it in mind for the blood cord conservation. It doesn't looks serious to my eyes.

I would like to say thank you to Future Health Biobank’s team. First of all I received answers to all questions I had. Secondly, the whole process of collaboration was very easy. As soon as we announced that we are going to hospital a guy came to collect the sample within an hour or even less. We didn’t worry that anything might go wrong and we’d got a great example of cells at the end. I am glad that we’ve chosen this company and in case we plan another baby I would love to collaborate with them again.
