I’m the type of person who doesn’t like to exercise alone. I’ve had trainers in the past that met me at the gym two days a week — I was accountable these two days but made excuses for other days of the week. Now with FUTURE, for the same cost, I “meet my trainer” 5 times a week & feel so much stronger, flexible & healthy. The accountability factor is what sold me on this program.

Rob is outstanding. Great support and adjustments to push me at the right points. I was very experienced when I started, but he has me doing things I have never done before which has really increased the effectiveness and efficiency of my workouts.

Future fit has been such a good fit for me. I have been a member for the last 3 months and I am so happy. I love having a flexible workout schedule, accountability, tailored workouts, and a relationship with my coach. He has even tailored my workouts to accommodate what I have available during the quarantine. In the past, I tried all the classes (CrossFit, pilates, yoga, P90 X) I struggled coming up with a plan and being consistent. Now, I am making progress with our plan and getting closer to my goals :) Thanks Ian!

I LOVE Future and my trainer, Eddie. It has been my best fitness decision in a long time.

My coach is fantastic, and really takes the time to customize my workout to where I'm at each week (and what time/equipment I have available).

The app videos are well-photographed and helpful, though sometimes what the audio describes is slightly different than what the person on screen is doing.

Future has been incredible, and it all starts with my trainer Matt. My gym workouts push me to my limits, and he has been extremely creative with at-home workouts since the gym is closed. I’ve referred everyone I know to Future because it is that great of a service. Minus a few technical hiccups, all good here! Can’t wait to get back in the gym though

I am loving Future! I am a working mom of 3 (kids ages 6mo-9yrs) with a regular job, side job and 3 consistent volunteering obligations. That leaves little room to find a gym or a class that would accommodate such a busy schedule. I was introduced to Future and my trainer Elias and haven’t looked back. He works with my goals, offers advice and builds a unique workout plan for me every week. I have not missed a workout in the 4 months we’ve been working together!

Curtis is a fantastic trainer and motivator.

No other app or plan has gotten me to the gym on a regular basis the way that FutureFit has. Renee is awesome!

This is a very useful app and great interaction with trainer to motivate without nagging and be the extra nudge to do what I need to do. Exercises, instructions clear and videos good.

Future is hands-down the best fitness investment I've ever made. The combo of highly knowledgeable, communicative trainers and a well-executed, thoughtfully designed user interface have made working toward my fitness goals easy and enjoyable. My trainer, Maddie, goes above and beyond to support my journey, adapting my training schedule to everything from my work hours to injuries to the ever-changing availability of equipment at my different gyms and locations. She listens carefully to my needs and adjusts her own approach accordingly, pulling back or providing additional encouragement as needed. I've used traditional PTs before, and the Future team has been FAR more engaged, more knowledgeable, more adaptable, and more personally invested in my success than any in-person trainer I've ever worked with... at a fraction of the in-person cost. On top of that, the technical support and app development teams are super engaged and helpful, releasing frequent updates and often responding within minutes of my raising an issue or question through my trainer. It's been six months, and I can't imagine getting fit any other way. Future customer for life!

Future has outstanding personal trainers. They have a variety of stretches and exercises to help you towards your goals. They listen to your needs and try to fulfill them to the best of their ability.

i love it ! I work in hospitality so I work weird and wonky hours but most importantly i spend about 90% of my day talking . I love that I have the freedom to do my workout at any given point and not worry about late cancellations and forfeiting a session ; in the event i’m too tired or my schedule changed . My trainer carlos is AMAZING ( y’all can give him a raise cuz he got my fluffy buttin the gym FOUR TIMES A WEEK ! i never have been in a gym for times a week unless i’m working there ). He made my workouts fun , and he’s super encouraging . i have hit a lot of my goals i set with him . I actually hate working out a lot less . I also love the fact I don’t have to talk to anyone lol . i can throw on some music and have a guided workout that isn’t distracting . Plus it’s a bang for my buck . I couldn’t afford to see a trainer 3-4x a week . Where y’all been all my life !

Future is awesome! Especially in these crazy times when I’m working out from home, I haven’t missed a beat. My personal trainer is fantastic, and he was able to adjust my workouts to use the limited equipment I have at home. He’s actually become a good friend! I highly recommend Future to everyone!

This is a great and convenient workout program. Great trainer, always responsive and very motivating. Perfect particularly now as we shelter in place to stay safe.
