I was having trouble locating a supplier of a fuser unit for one of our older HP colour laserjet printers. Another supplier had failed to deliver after 2 weeks. However, this time it turned up the next day so I was more than pleased with the service. Would definately use Fuss3 again.

When I ran out of ink in the middle of a project, I searched for a low cost source of cartridges who could deliver quickly and took a chance on Fuss. I am very please and will continue to buy from them.

My first but certainly not last purchase from Trust

I did review this company last year (2012) when I bought the "VALUE PACK" for our Xerox printer...only to say that the price was fantastic & very competitive BUT obviously I hadn't got round to using the cartridges for our Xerox printer as I had ordered the Value Pack so that we had some for when we ran out...since ordering and once we needed to use the new cartridges every single colour has for some reason printed all over our documents. I am not sure if there is a time limit on them and that by having them sitting for a year that this is what has happened but I will NOT be using this company again. The true saying... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR is correct in this instance.

You delivered exactly what I ordered the next day just as you promised you would. It was also useful to know a signature would be needed on receipt so that I couls ensure someone was at home

I found Fuss3 when looking for best prices for an HP printhead (not noted for being cheap) and was pleased to find that Fuss3 were competitive and offered next-day delivery. I wasn't disappointed in this instance: the ordering process was simple and the printhead did indeed arrive by mid-day the next day. This was vital for me because I was unable to use my printer without the new printhead. So, many thanks to Fuss3 for great service and a great price.

The web site is very good and the descriptions are helpful, but if you need to make doubly sure that you are ordering the right item just call Fuss3. The staff are always very helpful and are happy to run through your order to make sure you have picked the right item. Nothing is too much trouble for them and that is a rare quality indeed these days.
