Absolutely terrific school! I’ve been blown away with their professionalism, kindness, willingness to help, non-judgmental support, flexibility! We have tried over 8 different schools (mostly in the Chicagoland area) to find a good fit. I wish I had known about Fusion Academy earlier. Very impressive!

The teachers are so enthusiastic. They consider the student's interest in the learning plans, and the students excel. It is a wonderful school with caring people.

We have had a great experience at Fusion. My son is doing very well in school and I love the daily communication with the teachers. The director is also amazing and always available.

As the parent of a brand‑new Fusion Academy graduate, I can honestly say Fusion saved my son’s education and gave him a sense of direction. During his graduation speech he said that Fusion "gave me the space to figure my life out while also providing me with the education I needed.” That freedom - paired with compassionate academic support - set him on a path we couldn’t clearly see prior to Fusion, and this fall he’ll head to college with confidence and purpose. Thank you, Fusion, for giving my son both room to grow and the knowledge to thrive.

Did not really help my daughter. no insights were given to her. She was writing her common College app essay with Fusion. All they did is to reject the ideas that she brought until My daughter came up with an idea by herself. Fusion provided no insights on how my daughter could improve her essay, the flow of it or the topic selection, or how to write an essay that would stand out of the crowd. Fusions help basically was just to reject the topics until they accepted one. After that, my daughter rode paragraph by paragraph and presented to her and the teacher just approved my daughter’s essay. The good thing is my daughter is a good writer in general and that is why fusion didn’t provide much insight in the future. I will not hire fusion for college essay help.

Our daughters have been thriving at Fusion! The individualized classes cannot be beat! If every child in the US had this kind of learning opportunity, we would be a nation of geniuses.

I requested change of schedule way few weeks before the classes started
With many days to go, NOT in middle of the course but staff was stubborn and non cooperative. They did offer a change much later but it without any flexibility and I ended up losing 3 lessons I paid for. They should have refunded the money if because I called before they started. Instructor was super good and even ready to change time but he was constrained by procedures.

Our experience with Fusion has been very positive. They are very responsive and my son loved his tutoring sessions. He was successful in testing into the more advanced math class he wanted to take at school. He wishes he could go to Fusion full-time. That's not in the cards for us financially, but we're so glad to know that Fusion is there for him as he needs it throughout middle and high school.

Fusion was the perfect landing ground for my son. Prior to Fusion he had gone to wilderness therapy and therapeutic boarding school…Fusion gave him a semester to reestablish himself in school and the community. It gave him the tools he needed to encourage him to reach farther and believe in himself. We are grateful for the semester he was here.

Amazing teachers and staff. My daughter has excelled tremendously.

My son has been bouncing around schools this year and Fusion has been a very positive experience for him so far. They are extremely accommodating to schedules and my son can't choose a favorite teacher as he really enjoys all of them. The one-on-one approach is so unique and necessary for him right now. He's gaining confidence while learning.

Best decision we ever made! Our teen is thriving, enjoying learning, really connecting with teachers and our whole family is happier. Definitely worth the investment!

My teen loves working with a tutor! Help with her school work is actually helping her think differently about herself. I'm very thankful to all the staff at Fusion in Lake Forest.

This school has been a saving grace for my son. The flexible hours and variety of class times has been part of the key to his success. No where will you find the option for your child to have their teachers attention 100% of the time, unless you’re homeschooling. We were in the public school system with an IEP having a truancy officer coming to the house because he refused to go to school.
The director of our location isn’t the best at returning communication. But everyone else has been amazing. My only constructive criticism would be that my anxiety would be greatly reduced if an outline was better presented. Not knowing important information doesn’t exude confidence.

Very attentive to my son's specific needs, specific strengths, and work with areas he needs to improve. They effectively tailor their teaching approach to my son's specific needs. All the teachers do an excellent job of communicating and getting me updates on my son's progress.

Fusion Academy is what education SHOULD be for every student -- from the wonderful campus staff, who truly bend over backwards for the student and the parent, to the teachers and the 1:1 teaching that reinvigorates "tired" material and makes it feel personal again. The teachers are amazing, the honest & raw summaries I receive from them daily shows the dedication the have to each student and their success as an individual, not as someone to "push thru the system". I still have the text from my child's first day at the Lake Forest campus, saying "I love this school!". That, alone, speaks for itself -- but his semester grades of As and A+s for all classes speaks volumes for just how well of a program (and fit) this is for him! And, yes, it IS expensive -- but I will also say it is the best investment you'll ever make in you AND your child. ❤️

Great place with wonderful staff and teachers.

Staff worked with the unique learning needs of my child. Their style promoted confidence and real world application of learning where others had failed to do in the past.

Fusion has been amazing for our daughter. She really enjoys the classes and her teachers. She also gets her work done at school which takes the stress out of the home.

Amazing experience. Changed our lives and opened up a whole new future for our son. Excellent and caring teachers and administrators.
