This was not a recent purchase . We bought the chairs November 11,2015
Although your representatives were kind I was the one who had to keep calling about our chairs which we were told would be there 2 to 3 weeks after purchase. My problem was we did not get one call from our sales person who received commission for the order, I realize it was only a few hundred dollar purchase but we should have been treated the same as if it were a few thousand dollar purchase. The chairs arrived last week and I asked if you could have them delivered and put together for us and they no on assembly and a another weeks wait for delivery. We had to borrow a friends truck as we did not want to wait another week. I think you could have done something special for us for our patience. We waited almost 4 months..
Excellent customer service
The customer service is great. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and are very friendly. My only complaint is there's delivery time can be long. I waited 4 weeks for my couch to arrive but worth it!

Sales experience was great, delivery not so much
The sales experience was absolutely great...4 stars, but the issues with the delivery were so bad my overall review is 3 stars only. The delivery driver actually said my delivery time was between 9am and 8pm, despite the phone call I received the day before providing me with a 6 hour block 2pm to 8pm). I've never done business before wherein I was expected to stay home for 11 hours (or within a 15 minute phone call radius) waiting for a service.
IfI needed to purchase furniture again, this would be my go to place IF I arranged for my own delivery...if however I needed the item delivered I would look at purchasing from a location closer to home with a 4-6 hour guaranteed delivery window (no earlier, no later)....I have even purchased from a place before that is only 15 minutes away from my home and I was able to choose the 2 hour time block.

From browsing, purchasing and delivery, the experience was pleasant. Mohammed and his partner delivered our main piece, which was our dining table. The out it together and were respectful enough to take their shoes off when entering. I didn't even ask them to. Maybe they saw that my family and I were shoeless, and they followed. definitely recommend to anyone on the market for furniture.
Excellent Business
This is the first time I shopped online and it was an amazing experience. I will be buying all my furniture from FurnitureUSA. The guys that brought the furniture was fast and very professional.
Was not what I expected
Didn't receive our mattress on time and some of the furniture we bought was damaged and had to take it back. It was such an inconvenience. Look somewhere else if you want to have a good experience.
Outstanding and friendly service
I am a repeat customer of Furniture USA. I always get friendly and courteous service with no pressure to buy at all. Tran and Sandy helped us with our transaction and purchase. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.
The Customer is Never Right
Honestly, upon making the initial buy Captain was Great. But upon delivery, which I paid for, I was told that since I wasn't having them do any set up they would deliver the furniture upstairs. The delivery guys would NOT did not and refused to do so. Then,on my itemized print out they said I would receive a FREE 6-piece Comforter set. But I only got a 6-piece Sheet set. Now, I'm back at the store talking to the GM and he refused to honor what was written on my order. So, I called Captain Dan, who also said it was aistake. Even though the GM showed me the store advertisement that had COMFORTER written on but Xed over in black felt tip pen. I never saw that when spending over $1900.00. I had planned to come back and buy a Twmper-pedic mattress and another piece of furniture that would have totaled over $2000.00. But, alas, if that store can't Honor what was written on the customer order, Maybe $200.00 store cost, then they won't be getting ANY MORE OF MY BUSINESS!
Horrible experience.
Horrible experience shopping at this store. I was told they were going to pick up my old mattress when the new one was delivered and the delivery guy said he wasn't taking it because he didn't have instructions to pick it up. Called the store and the guy that answered had no idea of what he was doing. Ask for the salesman to call me back almost 2 weeks later no call. Two of the chairs from my pub are uneven I was told someone would call me to get them fixed and I haven't received a call back. Every time I called I'm given different excuses and no one can ever help me. I was told I was going to get my delivery fee refunded and I still haven't gotten it. I'm going into the store next weekend to talk to someone. This whole experience has been unpleasant. I'm a returning customer who will never be shopping there again
Consistency of Service from Sales to Pick-up
The sales people are not well connected with the customer pick-up staff. When I get a call from the sales rep and tell them I am coming to pick up at a specific time, it would be better customer service to have them relay that information to the customer pick-up staff so that I don't have to place a separate call to let them know I am coming.
Go back in a heart beat.
I would recommend this company to every one that I can. Robert the floor sales manager was funny and great. Hey made mine and my girl friends experience fun. We just bought our first house togeather and money is tight. Between Robert and our sales men they made us fell like family. Thank you for the great time. We will be back. Every one there needs a raise.

When I came into the store I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew I didn't want to be bothered by a sales rep until I found it. Daniel greeted me and my husband I let him know this and he agreed to let us look around but informed me he would check on us periodically. And that's exactly what he did I appreciate him not crowding our space and checking on us at the times he did answering all my questions and helping me to get the best deal for my budget.
