Took to long and not delivered when directed
The products that we ordered were delivered damaged, one of which was delivered in a smashed box. That was after nearly a 4 week waiting period. It has taken a month to get the replacement parts, when they called about delivery of replacement I told them that if they could only deliver on Monday then it needed to be delivered after 1 pm. I got a phone call from the driver at 7:45 am saying he would be there in 45 minutes, I told the driver that there would be no one home to receive the product as they said they would deliver after 1 pm. Needless to say that was very poor customer service on their part after taking to them I am still waiting for my bed parts that should be here on Saturday nearly 2 months after my initial order.

Average Salesman-type environment, all over you as soon as you get in the door. Asked for a discount as I spent a lot of money there, which he agreed to, heard no more about it and nothing reflected on final bill.

My experience at furniture USA was very positive overall. I worked with Victoria, Kenny, Sandy, Adam and Robert. Everyone was very helpful in their own way but I have to give big kudos to Victoria who spent over an hour sitting on couches with me. We went back and forth and she recommended sofas based on what I was telling her I wanted. I really appreciate the individual attention she gave me. What set my experience apart at Furniture USA was the fact that the sales associates didn't seem like I was bothering them. That's so unusual in the sales world. I'm pleased with my couch and I think that the company likes to build relationships with people so they come back. I don't need other furniture right now but next time I do, I'll certainly go back to Furniture USA.

Received great customer service today from Tony, Robert, and Tien. My boyfriend & I have been testing out & comparing mattress prices between American Furniture, Costco, IKEA & Sears & Furniture USA. I think what really got us was the customer service from Furniture USA. Like Robert said, mattress shopping can (IS) one of the most confusing experiences ever. She wanted to order them online because we're incredibly busy and even with their showroom in our area, we'd never have time to go actually see the couches, so despite their online reps recommendation that we come see before we bought, we bought them online. Great price. Great couches. Amazing service for the delivery and set up. We highly recommend this company and will be making more purchases from them as we finish furnishing our new home.

I walked in with my three daughters I look young I was looking to buy some couches I tried to get s few floors sales men to help me I got told "keep looking", and the cold shoulder , til I was frustrated I started walking out the greeter asked me if I found everything ok I said," honestly I found something but nobody would help me!!! She took it upon herself to look up info salesmen started kind looking cause wasn't her dept I told her yes I'll take it, she said that's as far as she could do NOT ONE sales person acknowledged til I pulled out $1300 cash then is when I got smiles asked if I wanted water saying hi to my kids..... Made me sick but I don't lower myself to there level yes now that you acknowledged my money please get me the papers for this sale. I never felt so low. I was very disappointed , frustrated and after buying couches still felt horrible cause I should of takin my business elsewhere where they know to treat people regardless of how old they look, how many kids they walk in with, race regardless I WILL NEVER SEND THEM BUDINESS OR BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER!!!!

The overall experience went well. There was only one little glitch. We paid to have the furniture assembled on Friday and scheduled pick up for the next day Saturday. When we got there to pick it up it was not ready. They did work hard to get it assembled by 4pm. I am very pleased with the furniture and will shop there again.

Daniel, the floor manager, was very thorough in showing us all options for bedroom sets. He didn't shy away from the top of the line sets just because we were a young couple. He showed us all options and let us browse without peering over our shoulder. He kept his distance while at the same time staying close enough to help with any questions we had. This allowed my husband and I to talk freely To each other about factors such as price and quality as we went along.
