Avoid.. not real company. Scammed. Ordered table months ago..fobbed off about five times..ignored..never got the table or the refund..

Stear clear! Let down with delivery, someting about a broken into warehouse. Requested a refund and they are saying 6 weeks! Started a Paypal dispute! Customer service is terible as well. Takes 2 days from them to get back to you!

Great company, thrilled with my furniture.
Also took my mate there, she had a cupboard that she is extremely happy with.

I ordered a bookcase showing in stock, 7-10 day delivery was quoted online. After 5 days and no email to say when to expect delivery so I called them, on both numbers literally hundreds of times, eventually the owner answered and said I can’t deliver your bookcase nor refund you as I’m going into administration! My response was why are you still trading and taking peoples money then? His reply, I’m waiting for a big order to come in so I can pay creditors and continue trading, in the meantime mugs like me and others are getting ripped off , luckily I paid through PayPal and got a refund. This company should not be trading!!!!!!

Ordered on a 7 day dispatch, it's nowhere to be seen, phone just rings and no reply to emails,I should have checked the reviews before ordering, having to go through PayPal to get my money back, my advice, don't touch this company!

Zero stars. Took my money on 3rd July and no delivery or communication since. It’s a scam company. BEWARE!

Ordered table and chairs, plus a matching magazine, since then many calls to the landline and mobile made, plus emails sent. Even offered to collect furniture because at time of order Lee made reference to experiencing delivery problems, so the said delivery wouldn't be as advertised on the website, (days) but should be the following week, and no longer than 2 weeks maximum. Felt very pleased to secure a table that is no longer available, (Lee said you are very lucky to have got this table, one of last remaining few in the country...) and now I feel let down and upset that we won't have the table for my sons arrival from Australia next week. Have been hoping that it may just turn up! Have now been left with no alternative but to escalate to credit card company :-(

Ordered a dining table in April and had to call to see where it was was told he would chase the courier who had details which I asked if I could have nis number etc etc
Was fobbed off saying it can take up to 3 wks…no table called again this time was told he was having a few problems but would refund in a wk or 2
Called back and was told he was having a few money issues but was selling his bike that cost 50,000 and would refund
Then again was told the bike wouldn’t start when a buyer came to see it so he didn’t buy it
Last time I called I said he shouldn’t have taken peoples money knowing he had no tables to send because of owing so much money, he replied that it’s not as simple as that etc
Thi table I ordered on behalf of my disables sister who was going in for major surgery and her wheelchair packed up, I begged for a refund so she may get chair fixed but he said he still didn’t have funds
I called several wks later and he told me he has his house up for sale and I would get the money back
Just disgusted at this and the lies he told to save his own neck
I dint pay PayPal so stuffed I guess re getting my money back
Absolutely disgusted and very upset fo my sister who has lost £310
Felt sorry for him for a few wks but soon saw he was just a chancer

Product ordered mid-April. No sign of it now in mid-July. No answers to multiple emails and phone calls on both their numbers.

Avoid. There is something catastrophically wrong here. The only thing they have been efficient at is taking payment.

I ordered a desk in early June. They were quick to take out the money for this and sent an email stating the product will be shipped in the next 7 days. Since then: nothing. I've tried phoning many times, but there is no reply or even a voicemail. I email them every day, but no reply. It's as if the company does not exist!

I ordered a sideboard on 17th May, hadn’t received it so sent an email on 3rd June, got a reply the same day to say there had been a problem which had been resolved & should be delivered soon, still no sign of it so emailed again on 14th June, 17th June & 25th June but no reply! Very disappointed that I have not received my order after over a month & very poor communication. Will not use this company again.

ordered a dining table set on 26th April with a 7-day delivery time. Still on 1st June have received no communication to my many emails and nobody answers any phones. I know they receive my emails because they replied in a pre-order question. I have escalated the matter to my credit company.

I have ordered items and now it is three weeks and heard nothing from them at all - only one reply saying sorry for the inconvenience.

Be warned - Don't buy anything from this company.

I have to leave 1 star otherwise I cannot leave a comment but this company doesn’t deserve that.
Further to my previous review I have received no communication since 4th May despite money having been taken for my order on that date. I’ve now escalated the matter. Please do not part with your money as this company would seem to be unscrupulous.

Ordered some wax. No sign of it for over 3 weeks. Sent an email, no response for a week. Called and they tell me that they don't have it in stock and wont for the foreseeable. Why did it take so long and why did I have to chase to find this out? I know it's only a small order vs the hundreds of pounds you probably get when someone orders an item of furniture but the impact on me was significant; I had a large set of draws getting in the way for a month, waiting until I could wax it before moving it into a freshly decorated and carpeted room and now it's going to be another couple of weeks until I can source the item from elsewhere.

We ordered on New Years Day and expected our order to take longer than started due to that fact. We were nervous about ordering but as the reviews were good decided to take a change. Very please we did! The furniture is perfect and exactly what we were looking for at a good price. Lee was polite and helpful and the delivery man even offered to carry the items upstairs as we have a town house.
Will definitely use again!

Slightly apprehensive, we took a chance and purchased 6 very heavily discounted mango wood dining chairs, which were described as being "old stock" which might have loose joints that could need gluing or waxing. When they arrived (within the stated delivery time) we were very pleasantly surprised. Apart from being dusty and having a couple of very minor marks, they were great. We were very pleased with our purchase.
