Fantastic customer service, received my armchair much quicker than the delivery quoted on the website, and love it - very premium quality at great value.

Very pleased with my all round experience with Furniture Story . The time it took to make my sofa and the communications during this time were excellent . The delivery guys were great and the quality of my sofa is outstanding . Would thoroughly recommend giving them a try .

The delivery was the following day which I was so surprised and pleasantly delighted.
The delivery guy was so professional and friendly. The ground floor lift was out of service and he did not mind to take to the stairs. He was super fast of sorting my sofa. It did not so long. Normally they do not work out of business hours but they did it an exception for me. Brilliant!

Ordered Fabio corner sofa bed. Was waiting 7 weeks for it,but it was worth it,had 5 days before phone call from Gemma with the date,and day before with time slot. We really love our new sofa. Didnt think it will be this big :) delivery guys was amazing,as they had to take it to second floor,and doorways are very tight,even took the doors out,but they did it great,put it all together very good. Gemma answered on all my questions whenever i had some. Recomend to everyone,amazing experience and our sofa.

Good communication. My sofa was not delivered in the time it stated and I did have to contact them to ask but they were good at getting back to me. The sofa is good quality and extremely comfortable but it is not brown.. it is cream/beige. I would recommend Furniture Story though and use them again.

A very smooth transaction from start to finish. Gemma was very informative and was happy to help at every opportunity, she was also very quick to reply to any emails I sent. The delivery team were equally as good, the sofa was a tight squeeze and took them 45 minutes to get into the house. They did not complain once and successfully got the job done. All round 10/10 service.

I have just had sofa delivered by the company and not only the sofa is beautiful but also delivery guys they did a fantastic job to move it into our house, assemble it and clean all the trash. Sofa looks very sturdy and is comfortable. I will come back with another review after few months of using a sofa.

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. Our business purchased a sofa, the photos of the sofa were great. We were contacted shortly after with a 'real' photo - this was a customer photograph of the exact same sofa. It was significantly different in real life, the colour was far worse and the material was tatty and worn. At this point we requested to cancel our order but were denied. Only 2 business days had passed, yet they told us it was a 'bespoke' item and it was already being worked on by the manufacturer. The sofa was due to be delivered in 10 weeks and so nothing could have been actioned in that time. Furthermore, the original photo that was sent showed the exact same sofa in the exact same colour, which they claimed they'd just delivered for another customer, so not bespoke at all. This company are still refusing to refund us and we'll likely be filing court proceedings.

Fantastic to start with, but downhill from there.

Did research first, great reviews on here, and emailed customer service ourselves to clarify a few details on a corner unit. Response was amazing with great feedback in less than an hour. Ordered that very afternoon ...

£60 delivery, fairly average for smaller companies, but advertised as 5-7 Day express delivery.

Ordered on a Wednesday, 16th, with idea being that delivery would be the following Weds or Friday so 23rd to 25th.

Absolutely zero contact following that. By Thursday we were chasing them up just to get an answer and was told it would be the following Wednesday, the 30th. So 10 working days by then, or TWO weeks.

Emailed twice by that point only to be told "Oh, I got your emails..." But it'd have taken a couple of seconds to say what was eventually told on phone. That were waiting for delivery team.

Come Tuesday get a call to say a delivery time, between 11 and 1. This is after us sending yet another email. But come Weds... No delivery. Apparently delivery van had broken down. But rather being out later the same day or next day with a rental van, gets out off until same time Friday, today the 1st.

Only that ended up going to between 1-2pm so even later still.

So 16 days to deliver what should have been 5-7. No apology offered except "would pass comments on to management". No offer to refund delivery due to inconvenience, nothing.

Son took multiple days off work just to be messed around. But if he wasn't here today then probably wouldn't even have got the sofa in the first place as was delivered by a single bloke all on his own (advertised as two man delivery!)

While wasn't overly difficult to get in, would have been hard for one person due to tight doorways and of course sheer size and weight of sofa.

Only good thing that saves this from a Single Star is the sofa is actually as comfortable as described, and the initial communication which was great, although did discover when delivered, inaccurate.

One of the questions asked was to confirm the floor to seat height which is listed as 55cm on the Ameba, but is actually 45cm.

Massive shame about being let down so many other times though!!

- Great initial service, but then massive let down.
- Over double the advertised delivery time
- TopCashBack was "Refused by Retailer" or should have been 8% back
- Almost nonexistent apology, aside from "will pass your feedback to management" who haven't reached out.
- Inaccuracies with measurements, specifically seat height (Advertised as 55, but is 45.)

very pleased with my purchase. I had questions which they go back to me promptly to answer. Delivery guys were polite and courteous and the customer service from this company has been the best I have received. They phoned to confirm my order and phoned again to confirm a delivery time. what a lovely company to deal with, a breath of fresh air these days.

Sofa was delivered within a couple of weeks from order, however the quality of material, structure and build is great!
Would 100% recommend. Also, the delivery people where quick to assemble the sofa and despite the location being very tight, they took extra care to avoid scuffing the walls, skirting etc.

To start really great communication via email and phone from the second I ordered kept me up-to-date with the progress of my order very detailed email with measurements of the package and detailed description to make sure I had ordered the correct orientation (corner sofa) was delivered promptly and put in by delivery crew who very very kind and courteous would definitely recommend this company

Great process from start to end ! We ordered a mango sofa and it is even better than expected. Amazing materials, so comfortable and pretty! Gemma was really helpful to make sure it comes right after our move. Definitely recommend!!
