They are a scam. Haven’t received my order. After sending an email that I hadn’t received the order said I should receive within 10 days. Hasn’t arrived. Please do not trust them

I saw my 3 items were pd. For but I never got the items? They did not even let me get a tracking number up. On my phone screen. My grand babies never did get the 3 pkgs. That were supposed to be here.

If i can i will give 000 star. My item never arrived since Christmas. They told me it was lost on traffic and never refund my money. Don’t buy from this brand.

I would give a zero. They stole money and item never received. No longer answering emails. Terrible company.

First delivery was lost! In the time between Funlulu is very hard to reach! They don’t respond, and if they do it takes them weeks to answer. Product was send again. Package delivered after 3 months, and the quality was disappointing. I could have order the same on Temu way cheaper and with a way faster delivery. I will never order from them again!!!

So annoyed. Says delivered but I have not received anything. Also they have not responded to my emails. Gone very quiet.

Absolute scam. I ordered the talking singing giraffe which arrived weeks later and broken. I contacted customer service and they sent multiple emails back to me initially stating they would send me a replacement. I have never received a replacement and now they are ignoring my emails.

Absolutely horrible company that scams customers. They are allover social media, TikTok,Instagram. I actually manage to get response formy emails but no refunds and no products shipped. Be caferul! Funluluu scam

Money accepted but I never got my items i ordered.
Funluluu support sent tracking info and asked me to check when delivery comes to me.
I did and reported it hasn't got any status update in 1,5 months. They replied that they wait only days and if delivery not proceeding they will send my order again. I confirmed no progress and asked for refund if they cannot send order again.

Again waited too much and I can see my e-maiuls are not any more read by Funluluu.
Seems like they blocked me without any actions.

Made an order on 10 nov. 25 , all good received the package, but unfortunately there was no instructions resolving, please help

Scammers do not go with them, they took £38 from me, I should have known,if it's on Facebook it's probably not good company, no emails just silence, just stay away

I ordered 3boxes of metal puzzles. I received 2 passport holders. Hopefully this will be sorted quickly as needed for grandsons birthday on the 5th jan.

Ordered three galaxy orb drones, all arrived damaged by delivery company. Contacted funluluu twice for a delivery address to return no answer. Customer service no existent, purchased them for my grandchildren Christmas, will never use this company, be warned.

Bought the flying orb ball. The charge lasts less than 5 minutes. None of the tricks work it just takes off and crashes into everything. Really flimsy and easily broken. Disappointed grandchild on Xmas day. Waste of money and won’t shop at Funluluu again

I ordered this metal puzzle I saw on Instagram for my nephew and it never arrived. Their Instagram account disappeared. I fell for it and threw away $40. Do not trust them.

Ordered item for X-mas 4w in advance. Item did not arrive. Tracking says delivered but they have not supplied evidence of such. Made contact with Funluluu via email but no feedback. Money taken so they don't care.

Very disappointed,bought this for our great granddaughter for Christmas and the neck doesn't work and you can't understand any repeated words they're all slurred.
