Horrible service
When I ordered i never heard anything about delivery being an issue. Next day received a text saying delivery to my address would be £180! Agreed to pay. Then received no contact about when I would receive or what was happening.
Then got a random email asking to pay for the delivery. So did. Was told it was being dispatched the Monday and wasn’t until the Friday which delayed delivery.
The delivery courier they used were awful. Firstly the product was sent open piled on a pallet. The cpnpany had nothing to get the pallet off the lorry so I had to carry every single piece for a double bunk off the pallet on the lorry myself. The driver stood and watched saying it wasn’t his job to help. I shouldn’t have been expected to do any of the myself for the price I paid.
Also the quality of the item is not to what they imply. All panels have chips on the edges and a dent in the front panel of mine. I also didn’t receive any screws to put it together. They were sent next day but still just another problem.
All together there were a multitude of problems and for the nearly £600 I’ve paid I’m very disappointed with quality and service. Definitely won’t be recommending to anyone.
