I bought a pack of mixed cocktails from Sainsburys for Christmas Day as a few of us are cocktail fans. Never again. They are absolutely awful. Sickly sweet, over scented & zero alcoholic effect. Waste of money as 3 were drunk & the rest binned.

Prices are better on the website than in store. Can also get some mixers from here that stores no longer seem to stock. Ordering is easy and delivery is fast. Never had a problem when ordering from here.

I was very disappointed when my local supermarket stopped stocking my favourite Funkin Cocktail. So on to Google I go and found the original Funkin Cocktail site. Found my items very easily at a good price. Checkout easy. My items arrived within time line given. No over packaging

I received a slush machine for Christmas gift , lv not used theses one as yet but l had some previous ones , and there ideal for the machine too make cocktails, l definitely recommend these too use with the machines .

Unfortunately FUNKIN have chosen probably the worst courier to deliver their fantastic products , namely YODEL. Two deliveries went astray and missed my opportunity to use these cocktail mixers at strategic celebrations.
However, their Customer Service and specifically Ewa helped rescue the situation , so I have given 5 stars to Funkin for this remedial action with kind responses .
Regarding the Funkin products , design , taste and quality , there is no one better ,so hugely recommend anyone to try the range offered

They finally replied to my email this morning after nothing since 23rd December, I have to wait "5 to 10 days" for the money to hot my account but to make matters worse, they dont even offer an apology. Avoid at all costs.

I know your products are generally great but I’m yet to receive my delivery!

Delivered quickly and quality items. Plenty of choice for drInks.

I ordered on 23 December and still not heard if the order has been dispatched and really wanted it for NYE. I appreciate it’s an awkward time to order.

Arrived as scheduled and great quality fruit puree for cocktail bases.

Great Peach nectar. Made lovely Bellinis.
My wife very pleased and happy with it..
only gripe was delivery was slow… possibly due to time of year.
Highly recommended though.

Ordered for Christmas arrived on 27th December….. ordered on 17th (ordered same day as water filters from another company which came on 19th).
Product good but failing to deliver for Christmas disappointing… no indication on website that this would happen … said up to 5 working days (Thu, Fri, Mon - Wed and deliveries on Sat & Sun at this time of year!)

I haven’t received my order. Nor have I received any information about when it can be expected.

It has not arrived. It was due yesterday between 12-2 but not even had notification to say it is delayed
It has just arrived but one bottle is broken and the other is covered in sugar solution.
Not a good experience at all

I have multiple requests to review your items but I never received an order so clearly you don’t track the progress and just send an automatic email to everyone after a certain amount of days.

Never received the damn thing, these idiots use Yodel ... Beware shoppers. Courier claimed they had visited and not home, despite being here all day, couldn't get hold of funkin, courier kept on asking me for the tracking number 9 times. Eventually got a delivery photo ... Left on the street 3 entrances away from my place. Useless. Bloody useless. Don't bother.

Ordered 3 sweet and sour mixes before christmas. Arrived today and the invoice inside says 3 sweet and sour mix... in the box was 3 margharita mix... shocking. How someone can put the right invoice in but then clearly put the wrong product in is beyond me.

Ordered christmas week and had my items quicker than estimated
