He provided me with the information I requested, briefly touched on a couple of other options available that may be better suited to what I needed, and then he left me alone and just touched base every so often to check in. Dealt with someone named Kevin, who says he was a manager. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for who his manager he kept say "Why?". I told him I wanted to speak with them.
