ZERO STAR REVIEW

If there could be a zero star selection that is what I should select. I ordered in December 4 items and when I got the package I was so excited I tried them on and was not thrilled with the quality or even the cut as well as I got an ugly green shirt in stead of a pair of pants. So I returned them that day and called letting then know about my mix up and return. I emailed them about a week later and no response for 3 days. I called again and they did not get my emails until 7 days later. They received my package on the 7th of Jan and still nothing about my refund. I waited for a response until today 1-21-21 stating they put it on a gift card. I will not reorder from these people at all and they gave me a gift card. I emailed them again asking for a full refund back to my checking account and still nothing. I balanced my check book this evening and I had another charge of $35.29 in my checking account I called and spoke with someone at customer service and they told me they cannot do anything about the charge until I receive the product I ordered. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTING FROM THEM TODAY! I told him that on the phone and he stated he can't do anything about it until I receive the product that I didnt order and return it to them for another refund. This is bull crap. I will never order from them again and I suggest you dont either.

Shady cc charges without Authorization

I have ordered from them for years but the last 2 times have been awful! They keep charging my card for some stupid rewards thing. $1.99 two days ago and then at 2:30am this morning another $2.31. My order was placed a week ago and still hasn’t shipped. I called to cancel it and they told me it can’t be cancelled because it’s processing... I was also told this 2 days ago. What a bunch of crock! So I called on the 7th when the first charge hit my cc and she assured me it was cancelled, she was snotty with me and told me I had to call back again next week to get refunded. If it was cancelled how was my cc charged again? I’m furious! Thanks for being just another untrustworthy website FullBeauty.

I'm done with them i have been a member of their shopping…

I have been a member of their shopping club for a number of year. For several years they were a decent place to buy good clothing. However, for at least the last year they have been horrible. I waited a month before calling them to find out where my purchase was. (It was six days just to process it.) The customer service representative told me that they are a very big company and I shouldn't expect things to move quickly. She was very rude. I told her Amazon is bigger and they don't have a problem. This is the end of shopping with them for me.

FB is Even WORSE Now It's One Stop Plus!

As others have stated, now that FullBeauty is OneStopPlus, the service has gotten even worse! Before FB was using FedEx Smart Post to deliver my standard shipping orders. It took forever to get anything and an extra 1-2 days for delivery because FedEx dumped the package off for USPS to deliver. Now OSP is using Newgistics to deliver their standard shipping packages, a shipper even worse than FedEx Smart Post, if you can imagine. My package was originally scheduled for delivery on 12/10, but now the OSP link states it's EDD is 12/11, but the Newgistics website states EDD is not until 12/15! Read the "F" rating reviews on the Better Business Bureau website before ordering anything that's shipped standard delivery. Unfortunately, I thought they'd still be using FedEx Smart Post, but didn't find out about Newgistics until AFTER it was too late to cancel the order. I will NEVER order anything from any of the OneStopPlus stores ever again!!!

I am done ordering on this website

I am done ordering on this website--Now called OneStopPlus----almost everytime you order anything it is on back order--and the so called coupons and discounts they give can usually only be used for Instock items--which is rarely ever the case---Then if they do happen to have your item in stock--and you pay overpriced ship & handling--then they ship it the most turtle slow method--I am still waiting for a pair of pants that shipped 11-19-2020 I am just 3 hrs from them--It is now Dec 1st and the tracking says it is in the next state north of me? BEWARE!--DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM--Average time to get an item ordered--you may get it by Spring next year

Take Fullbeauty off your Buying List

Buy from any Fullbeauty brand at your own high risk. If you effect a return within the 60 days they will NOT refund your credit card, even one of their own, they are issuing gift cards for their line. If by their fault you have not received an order (they never shipped it) and if it is beyond the 60 days they will not issue a refund/ credit or conduct an investigation to at least have the items order sent to you. I do understand every business is suffering from the pandemic economic fallout but it would seem Fullbeauty's answer is to cheat their once loyal customers.

FAREWELL FULL BEAUTY

Some years back I was a regular customer, mostly buying loungers - cotton house dresses that when carefully selected were suitable to wear outdoors in the hot climate of Perth, Western Australia. Then the website changed its name and I got the impression it was new owners. After that shipping costs became exorbitant and I once had to contact the Better Business Bureau because I was charged twice for shipping and couldn't get a refund - problem solved, thank you BBB! Recently, I returned to FullBeauty because I was desperate for some basics. The shipping cost was equal to half the cost of the items I was buying. I shop a lot from international websites and have never paid such exorbitant fees! The items I received were of poor quality and two pairs of jeggings, different colours but same size on label, were two completely different sizes! I will never shop with FullBeauty again. There is something seriously wrong at that business. For beautiful plus-size fashion I now almost exclusively use NewChic - great prices and shipping with excellent, fair, customer service.

Horrible Return Policy and they Don't Care About You

Customer service is non existent, wasting time saying they are sorry when they clearly are not! Doesn't matter that an 80 year old woman falls and breaks her femur in 2 places, if you miss that 60 day cut off (because you are in the hospital), you own bathing suits that don't fit! Horrible horrible company!!!

I'm done with Full Beauty, Roamans and Woman Within!!!! I ordered 2 sets of PJs and returned them due to cheap and shotty made. And I had to pay to return these, Now they tell me I owe for them?!? I proved I sent them back and they're using the Covid virus as a excuse that they didn't receive. Now if I don't pay this it ruins my credit rating... You people are disrespectful, ignorant and useless. EVERYBODY..... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL!!!! I'd use a ZERO to rate you!!!

I ordered a shirt from Fullbeauty back…

I ordered a shirt from Fullbeauty back in march 2020; and I ordered a 1x...when the order arrived the shirt was a 2x. The invoice was marked 1x and the shirt was in a wrapper that was marked 2x. Because f COVID I could not just go to the post office and pay the probable $2.50 it would have cost me to return this item. The website wanted me to print a label that would cost me $9.99 to return this shirt...but the shirt only cost me $9.99 to purchase, so I hung on to the shirt until recently when I sent it back with a couple of other items I was returning. The company in it's wisdom; instead of giving me a credit of $9.99 took the time and money (probably $6) to SEND THE SHIRT BACK TO ME SAYING THEY COULD NOT RETURN IT. I called the company and spoke with a RESOLUTIONS MANAGER who informed me that after being a customer for over 20 years and spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with them, that there was nothing he could do for me. If this company is not willing to credit me $9.99 then I am DONE with them. These companies think that ONE person can not put them out of business; and that would be true; but if we all write about the problems with the business then maybe we can prevent someone else from having this these problems and they will order somewhere else.

Unfreaking believable!

Unfreaking believable! I went to this site having shopped there a few years ago. I stopped shopping with them because of the quality in relation to the prices. The products were never worth their full price, only the discount prices. So I thought I'd check them out again. It's ridiculous. Not only have the prices gone up, they still have clothing that I remember being in the catalogs (that they wouldn't stop sending) in 2018. After spending all day trying to select just enough items to get the discount I discovered the shipping has really gone up! So I left everything in the cart to look around further before making my purchase. I went to the site where I have a "prime" membership and found a couple of the items on the site for less money and free shipping even when it wasn't a prime item! One item in particular was $50.00 cheaper! Do your research. Corporate scamming is on the rise! Want to see? Enter "Embroidered Crinkle Tunic" in the prime site and Full Beauty search bars (before they pull it)!

I don't understand what happened with…

I don't understand what happened with Fullbeauty and the brands they represent. I loved shopping there and the clothes were really beautiful. Last year things changed. The first change I noticed was that they called clearance clothes "Cheap" If you looked for clearance dresses, it is now called- "cheap dresses." Then they doubled the prices! So you get something on clearance which use to be the regular price of the item. And of course you can't use a coupon. The shipping charges are completely unreasonable. With just a 'cheap dress' costing $9 to ship in the US. Too Bad , I'm thinking it's like a Grinch took over.

Whye do companies wreck things when they have a good thing going?

I live in Canada. This store used to be great but now they're horrible if you live in Canada. I recently tried to order cloths from Full Beauty and was told that I couldn't as they no longer ship some items to Canada. Even before that I'd find sales that add up to $40.00, and then the UPS delivery charge was more than the price of the items. I can see from other reviews that I am not alone in finding this problem. Why? Do they hate Canadians now? The problem is there are no stores in Canada that sells the same kind of clothes with the same colour selection (and yes I mean colour the Canadian spelling).

Is Full Beauty and their affiliates doing so well they can afford to cut off their Canadian customers? Does any well run company limit themselves like this?

We Canadians should be putting the challenge to Canadian designers and companies like Addition Elle and Penningtons, their sister company, who make clothes suitable for 16 year olds.

Very frustrating. This may one day catch up with them.

Too bad about this store as their loss of business will one day catch up with them.

Sent me another credit card after I cancelled the first one--duh.

This is a follow-up to my previous lousy review of Full Beauty. At that time, I asked them to cancel my credit card and was told they had done so. Guess what?

That's right, after I called and cancelled my card, telling them I will never shop with them or any of their subsidiaries again, they sent me ANOTHER CARD. Go figure. Poor quality merchandise, poor customer service, and I guess they're not too bright on top of that. Duh.

I ordered 2 shirts in different sizes…

I ordered 2 shirts in different sizes because I didn't know what size would fit. I returned the shirt that didn't fit - which cost me $9.73 with shipping and tax. I only got a 74 cent refund!! They charged me $8.99 for a freaking return label THAT I PRINTED OFF MYSELF. What a joke! DO NOT order from this company!

Horrible customer support.

We had contacted them about a return and even though we were within the 60 day return time they argued that they would not accept the return because it would not be scanned by there computers within the 60 day policy. We should have read the reviews on this site before doing any business but will not be buying from them again.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke, you use to be able to shop online and ship to Canada for a reasonable price, now it’s double or more than double the purchase price for shipping. If my cart is worth $125 it shouldn’t cost me $375 in total (shipping, exchange & duty). Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. It never use to be like that. It’s not even worth it anymore. There’s no plus size clothing companies that sell cheap, decent clothing in Canada, very frustrating.

Women Within absolutely the worst…

I would buy 2 large orders $500 each 2x a year) I swear never to buy from them again .Women Within has absolutely the worst customer service. Try returning or exchanging any item is a total nightmare. The item numbers dont match style numbers . They want to charge you double shipping. You have to return items then get the credit then reorder . I would run for the hills. DONT BUY FROM or their other companies. FULL BEAUTY OR ROAMANS .Dealing with them is a total DISASTER and NIGHTMARE!!!! Buyer beware .
