Returns is just about impossible if you are not in the USA
Sizes are wayyyy too small they are definitely not standard - I ordered a medium (adult slipper) and a large (adult slipper) and they are so small that the large does not even fit a 13 year old child!!!!!!!!!! MISLEADING and so expensive to return - it would cost me double the postage I paid to get it back to them!! NOT RECOMMENDED

I wish that I read some of these complaints before I ordered. The point of ordering sandals during the summer is because you want to wear them. I ordered one pair of shoes at the end of June, and I was emailed that the shipment is on backorder and it will not ship until August. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!!!!!

Order from Kingsize. First item was it took 5 days to fullfill the order. During that time I asked to get the addressed change as I needed it for vacation. I was told they can't do that. I then asked to cancel the order. They can't do that either, even though the order was not fulfilled nor shipped. They then want me to pay $11 to return it, even though I asked to cancel it before they shipped it. No one had even started working on the order yet when I asked. They could have cancelled the order in the system and redid it with an updated address, updated delivery system, etc. Their policy however is to do nothing. No solutions are offered/available.
Their customer service is designed to just repeat guidelines and how the second you press submit, it's your fault if everything isn't exactly right. After asking for a supervisor, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then cold transferred to the next team. When I voiced my disapproval that I had already given them all my verification information and that it should be standard that this be done, I got attitude that if I wanted to be helped I should basically shut up and give her the information she wanted. She then spoke over me when I was trying to get her the information. When I spoke with her manager about rudeness and unprofessionalism of their staff, I basically got a patronizing response about how he'll look into it, which means after I hang up, I'll never hear from anybody again about what happened. You just get a sense how you're talked to that it's not really a customer service center, just a call center with a script that gets you off the line.
I've bought a lot of merchandise over the years from Kingsize...never again.
Don’t walk - RUN from this company!
I have removed my name from their mailings and emails. They play a “shell” game of sorts with their promo codes. I’ve noticed if you get discounts on clothing prices, they’ll zing you with S|H fees. Rarely do they offer satisfactory sale prices with free or low S|H. Their prices literally change depending on the myriad of promo codes they offer, but they’ve figured out that sale prices to save money for you = high S|H, and vice-versa.
Their outsourced customer service is absolutely abhorrent. I cannot understand their pronunciation. The worst customer service was when the first-line rep transferred me to a FullBeauty rep named Martha. She was so condescending and actually laughed at me. There was no attempt to help resolve my question Re: my returned order.
The return process is a nightmare. Keep your mailing receipts!
Compared to other online shops, they are not even in competition with them.
I’ll stick to Amazon - it’s in another galaxy when you’re talking customer service and streamlined ordering and returns. There’s just no comparison.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Horrible company. Ordered clothing thru Woman Within. Decided not to keep a couple items because I did not like the quality. Had to pay high shipping to receive the order and shipping to return the order. I mailed it back via USPS. I tracked the return and they received it back on March 13th. I still do not have my credit. I called them today. 1st person I got said they did not see my return and then just disconnected me. Called again, 2nd person said they did not see any return in my file and it's past 60 day so no refund or adjustment can be made. I gave her the tracking number showing it had been delivered. Didn't matter. Lost $66....I should have just kept the items and donated them instead. Don't do business with Full Beauty Brands. They are thieves.

Only get some of what we order. In Dec I ordered to packages of boxers from kingsize and they were but in back order. In Dec ordered a winter coat. Again back ordered. Then in Feb pant and they sent the wrong size.in March the coat was cancelled and now the boxers order was cut in half. Since Nov 3 had 3 orders and mistakes were made every time.

all of the full beauty brands are a rip off. They show 1 product and price in book and when you receive the product it is not the same as what you order. Now when you send back product for refund, they charge you $10.99 restock fee....even if they are at fault.

Ordered a couple of blouses. Wish I had found this site before I did. Almost 2 weeks now and they still haven't shipped. For some reason they decided they needed an extra $.01 so ran the penny through our credit card. This is interpreted as fraud and it blocked our credit card. Has taken us all afternoon to fix it. Decided to cancel the order. They say they can't because it has shipped but won't give me a tracking #. The only way I could find to contact them was a chat. Person on the other said they couldn't do it and ended the session while I was still trying to get shipping details. Will not keep the clothes if they ever arrive and will not buy from them again. I hope I can get a refund but will still be stuck with freight both ways. Wish I could rate them worse than one star.
Scam artists
This is the worst online retailer on the planet. They scam customers with constant delays and shipping charges. I was exchanging items for a different size. They delayed so long that the credit card expired. Rather than giving me the opportunity to supply a new expiration date, they cancelled the exchange. They broke the exchange contract and as such owe me the original shipping charges. Months later I am still trying to get their non-responsive customer service to understand the situation and refund the money they stole from me. This is a common practice for FullBeauty brands. AVOID FULLBEAUTY BRANDS AT ALL COSTS.

Worst on-line company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Send you the wrong items then do not credit you back for a month. Would not even refund the freight that they charged to send me the wrong item. Had to do a dispute with Comenity Bank which they said could take up to 60 days. Will NEVER order from them again!!!!!

Can I give a zero? I have repeatedly requested this and it’s subsidiaries, Roaman’s and, Woman Within, Jessica London, etc. stop contacting me, I’m writing and by phone and they will not stop, our trees deserve better!
Second what the hell is Poly, there are many derivatives that start with Poly, polyester, polytechnic, polystyrene I could go on and none of them alloyed your skin to breath, make it much cheaper to make the outfits but their prices are skyrocketing! There are other plus sized providers who use sustainable, healthy fabrics, and are moderately priced. I recommend to do not use ANY of the Full Beauty companies at all!

It takes months to track down a return, I was just out sourced to a woman whose entire family were in the background chattering. I haven't received notification on the blouse I ordered. It should have been here twelve days ago, they insist it's been delivered.... I don't know who got it!

False advertising! Sent an email with Ellis tunic for $15.90 went to buy was $29.90 talked to 2 different people about this issue refused to fix and more or less said I was lying. This price change has happened to me 2 times. This is a cruddy company! Ripoff don't buy from these people!

Supposedly my order shipped, it just has not arrived on time after paying for expedited delivery. "Customer service" via chat says I have to wait two more days before it can even be researched.
