Frustrating Support and Communication
I have found it very difficult to get support from Fulfilment Hub. Reaching their customer service has been frustrating. On several occasions, my calls were answered, but there was no response from the person on the other end, making it impossible to get assistance.
As an existing customer, I also experienced repeated difficulty getting through after multiple attempts. This left me feeling that my concerns were not being addressed and made it very challenging to receive the support I needed.
I hope Fulfilment Hub improves its customer service by ensuring calls are properly handled, responding to customer inquiries promptly, and making support more accessible for existing customers.
