I had a problem with the phone I ordered and Martyna in Customer Service was very helpful in resolving the problem

Every aspect of this purchase was first rate. Absolutely delighted with the entire process.

Beware,, I bought a Huawai P30 lite, after five months it developed serious faults.
I contacted Huawai as advised and they told me phone wasn't a genuine P30 but a Chinese spec Nova 4e.
Therefore no warranty and irreparable. Fulfillment said my fault as I should have done my research!!

The mobile phone and contents were all in place, nothing was missing, i was very pleased with my purchase, although i had to send mobile back as it was having wifi complecations...! I was kept up to date with what was going on ref the refund policy, and after i downloaded the returns labal via the post office and sent it back with tracking details...! When my return order was delivered i was refunded the full amount into my bank account within 2 days, no hassle or excuses at all, everything was on point, with "Time, Energy and Attention" with this awesome company, i would recommend buying from them, although there were wifi issues with the mobile i brought, i cannot point the blame at them for this issue...!
