Think this is the first review ive ever done but Fulfillable deserve it - best 3pl ive dealt with and i have 3 globally now, seb and the team are super responsive and stock gets inbounded so fast and orders go out even faster - couldnt rec enough

Been using Fulfillable for some time, they handle 3PL for all of my ventures now. They have always handled all matters both professionally and efficiently – would highly recommend.

Warning: Avoid Fulfillable – Unlawful Detention of Goods & Breach of Trust

We engaged Fulfillable for 3PL and warehousing services, and it has been the worst experience in our company’s history. Despite all invoices being fully paid, Fulfillable refused to release our goods, effectively holding our stock hostage without any legal basis.

This has caused serious disruption to our business, loss of revenue, and reputational damage with our customers. Their conduct is unprofessional, unethical, and we believe unlawful. Communication is evasive, accountability is non-existent, and they show no regard for contractual obligations or basic commercial integrity.

We strongly advise any business considering Fulfillable to think twice. Based on our experience, they are not a reliable or trustworthy partner. We are now pursuing formal legal action to recover our goods and losses caused by their actions.

If you value your stock, your customers, and your peace of mind — do not use Fulfillable.

Our first time working with a fulfilment company and Fulfillable have taken time to run us through the process as well as support us after the sign up. This has allowed us to scale massively and we are now set to do our second best month ever in sales. If you’re thinking about taking the leap I’d definitely recommend Fulfillable.

We've been really impressed with the team at Fulfillable and the job they've done handling the fulfilment for our brand. From the outset, they've been efficient with booking in stock and getting orders out quickly.

We made the move from Huboo due to their extremely poor returns process, and the difference has been night and day. Fulfillable processes returns swiftly, which has made a big difference to customer satisfaction.

Customer service has also been excellent — Jon is always quick to reply, even on weekends, and has helped us resolve any platform-related issues without delay. Sebastian Clement has also been fantastic throughout the onboarding process. He’s responsive, always willing to jump on a call, and genuinely ensures everything runs smoothly.

Early on, we had some challenges around using the right packaging for our products (not Fulfillable's fault), but Sebastian quickly came up with solutions that worked perfectly. Since then, we've had zero complaints from customers.

All in all, a great experience so far — highly recommend.

Fulfillable is great! TWe are with them for over 2 years now and it honestly makes a huge difference for our business! Great support, accurate dispatch and great prices. We strongly recommend them!

We are using fulfillable as 3PL provider for over a year now and so far are very happy with them. The main advantage in my opinion is their brilliant, very responsive and personal support which makes them stand out from all the other larger providers. They are shipping my orders very reliably for a fair price, so I can highly recommend them.

Update 23/01/2025 (downgrade to 3 stars): Unfortunately two days after this review, Fulfillable changed their support system to a ticket based approach, which unfortunately takes away, what made them such an outstanding provider (quick responses aren't possible anymore, if an order needs to be stopped, etc). Unfortunately this isn't possible via the web interface either when the order has reached a certain stage, so a bit stuck now.

I ship my orders through Fulfillable, and I must say their service is great. The support team is highly responsive and always replies promptly, which is incredibly helpful.

The setup process was fast and easy, and their pricing is the best I’ve found in the UK so far.

Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient 3PL partner.

This company is simply amazing. I’ve been with them for a year now and all my integrations, shipping, everything has been seamless. If I have any questions they are so quick to reply or help that I’m never waiting long. Their pricing is really competitive- I’ve actually saved on shipping and storage fees since we stopped fulfilling ourselves in-house, their backed is very straightforward, uncomplicated, user intuitive and easy to use, and they absolutely know what’s going on with our stock and orders at all times. My customers get the right product every time and orders get dispatched insanely quickly (sometimes within 15min of the order being placed!). We haven’t had a single issue with these guys and it has been a great experience. I can honestly say that I haven’t worked with a company so good at what they do, and so willing to help, I’m delighted to be in such good hands. I very highly recommend :)

Few hiccups with onboarding but overall very efficient 3PL service. Seby is always on hand for any arising issues or questions.

Pretty responsive vs other 3PLs, had no issues so far, handled Black Friday and the Christmas chaos with no problems. They had extra teams coming in on sundays to manage the workload. Proper dedication that small business owners such as myself need year round.

I called the support number multiple times but no one is answering. I also filled the form. I have an urgent 3PL matter and it would be great if we can go over it today

I recently onboarded to Fulfillable having had a bad experience managing my orders in house. They guided me through and set me up in 72 hours (after promising 48hrs but cant complain).

They have increase the efficiency of my business drastically and enabled me to focus on growth. Trusty account manager available later on in the evening as well. Recommend
