I do not recommend anyone to go to Faisal Siddique Khan based on my terrible experience.

Initially, Faisal committed to me that he was 90% sure he could extend my permission to stay for at least six months. He also promised that if I secured a job, he would submit my work permit application free of charge. However, three months after submitting my application and receiving my full €2,500 fee, he completely changed his stance, warning me that I needed to secure a work permit immediately or face rejection and deportation.

Thankfully, I secured a job on my own and submitted both my Critical Skills Employment Permit (CSEP) application and a reactivation permission request without his help. When DETE later issued a query regarding my residence status, I reached out to FSK to answer it since he was managing my case. He demanded an additional €500 just to reply to that single email. Ultimately, I drafted and sent the response myself, which resulted in my permission being approved.

FSK completely changed on his original commitments, changed his statements, and prioritized extracting more money over my future and security. He cares only about his own fees, not his clients' outcomes.

I completed my citizenship application through FSK Solicitors and had a seamless experience. What stood out to me most was their excellent accessibility and the consistent updates they provided throughout the process.

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money . I had a simple divorce case as they assured they could resolve in no time . Case is no longer active now after they have increased the amount wanting by double the amount advised even though the case is no further gone along then when we pointed Fsk as our representatives case is for a mutual divorce and been with them for along time before we found a solicitor who had it resolved in 4 months

They don’t reply to emails
They blag their way out of answers with constant delays effectively costing more money hmmm

They tell you what you want to hear

They are not professional in my eyes I could of done a better job myself

Avoid at all costs

Consultation is free but you pay for it in the long run

Best thing we done was get a new solicitor who could actually help

Sham of a place not sure how they are operating

Assured me they have a close connection with the Dublin courts which is not true

Please don’t do as I have an out trust in the firm they in my opinion are not professional ,

Time wasting and non helpful and expensive too

They ask you to pay for the invoice but refuse to speak to you

Best solicitor in country really skilled and made my life so much easier. Looked after everything for me great service I did not have to do anything small even.

For trust pilot: It was very long and tough process my wife’s solicitors made very dirty fight and almost took everything from me but Mr Khan helped me tactically so much that at time when u simply could nit believe it was possible its was miraculous victory in court and best divorce settlement I could not even dream off

Got my deportation order revoked from the high court. Mr Khan is a life saver.

Excellent service

I had a disappointing experience with FSK Solicitors in Dublin. Despite initial expectations, they failed to deliver, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. I would caution others to thoroughly research and vet Solicitors before engaging their services to avoid similar issues.

Charged a consultation fee for a follow up appointment. In the appointment he sat for approximately two minutes totally uninterested in my case and gave comments that were totally useless and walked out to his Cashier or secretary to tell them the amount to charge me.

I would like to share my concerns regarding the services I received. Unlike other solicitors, your rates were not fixed, and I was surprised to see an increase in fees even after we had reached an agreement. Additionally, you were demanding payment for services that were not actually delivered, which I find highly unprofessional.

Unfortunately, this experience has felt like a waste of time, and it has left me with the impression that the focus was more on generating fees than providing proper legal support. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your practices in the future.

We all know that any solicitor can only give try to solve your issue and some can be solved and some possibly could be refused but we pay them to give their best, in my case I contacted them and they were like "that's easy we can try to solve on 20 days" I gave them 2 months and asked for an update and they replied " sorry what was your case again" they didn't even start procedure, I then explained everything again and provided relevant documents and they took another 4 months and then stopped replying / updating, all they wanted was a fees then disappeared
