Excellent customer service
There was a delivery issue with my first order due to post office. When I contacted Doyle's, they immediately sent out a replacement order which I received promptly. I am very happy with the customer service and looking forward to having my own blackberry harvests for many years to come.

Alive Plants Arrived Beautifully
Received the plants on April 1st. It looks very healthy, no yellow leaves and wilted. I immediately gave little water. I will be planting them in a special spot on the weekend. As the name goes, I don't see no thorns at all. I'm very excited to finally get them. Looking forward to the time when I get to enjoy the yummy fruits.

Received very small single stem plugs.
Sprouted nicely and have grown a little. One has doubled in size compared to the other one. Received jan.2 today is April 1st put them in ground today. Will see how they do now! Still small.

well, i mentioned on a survey request that i couldn't give a review on your product because all of my plants had died. i have already planted and lost 15 of your plants. without a questioned asked you immediately shipped me 5 more as a replacement. I was astonished to say the least! that is good buisiness. and if I can ever get them to grow, i will get more from you!

Postal Service was very late delivering…
Postal Service was very late delivering my plants I was concerned and called and he reassured they would be great and they was. Afterwards I ordered they cookbook and was delivered at blackberry plant LOL, but contacted them and the lady I talked to was great. She gave me the blackberry plant I offered to pay and she said no that was their present for the mistake. I think that is very great way to treat your customers. All plants are great and doing good looking forward to the next few years to reap the rewards. I think they are very good and very trustworthy group of people. Thank you very much Doyles. Greg C
