Simply put, FruitBouquets never delivered the product. They were outrageously difficult to reach to report this, and then only a customer rep in Asia. They eventually refunded my money, but never offered an explanation for why they didn't deliver the product, a birthday gift for my daughter. No accountability whatsoever.

Order same-day delivery and it never showed. Logged in to track order and it showed no recent orders, yet my account was charged. I reached out to them, and again they told me no orders found. Filing a complaint with the BBB and a disputing the charge.

Disappointed with the quality of the fruits, they were not fresh.

I ordered a large fruit bouquet and Mylar balloon for a friend who was just diagnosed with brain cancer. The bouquet was not delivered on the day they said it would be (yesterday), but arrived today. My friend thanked me for the thought but said that the fruit was moldy and smelled bad and that the ballon was deflated. She sent me pictures of the moldy arrangement and sad balloon and I called customer service, mortified that my ill friend had received a very expensive moldy gift. At first they offered to deliver a fresh arrangement, but I told them I no longer trust their product. So they offered a half refund and a promise to call my friend and let her know it wasn’t my fault. I told them that the fruit was not half edible and asked for a full refund. After being on hold for quite some time, Ella, the customer service rep, said I should get the refund in 10 business days. I wish there was a way to upload photos of what my friend received because it was disgusting. Never again. This place is trash.

Even though I received a confirmation that my order would be delivered today, it never showed up, and my 87 year old mom thought we forgot her birthday. All they offered was 50% off and a coupon for a future purchase!!

This company doesn't tell you when you buy their products what time they will be delivered and then when you call to confirm they lie to your face saying that they will be on time and they never arrive. They only know how to say that they can't speak to the driver and that they don't know when he will arrive. I really don't know how these types of companies are in the market. I can only tell you to try not to use them so that you don't go through the same thing that happened to me, that for my wife's birthday I sent her a package that never arrived.

I ordered chocolate cupcakes for my daughter to be delivered on 8-14-24. They never arrived. I called and they said they would deliver on the 15th, which is her actual birthday. I was there and they still never came. Never again!

Never again. All my son wanted for his bday was chocolate dipped strawberries. Since edible arrangements has closed I order from here. Was to be delivered in the morning on a Thursday. Got an email would be by 8pm. Ordered started in NY was now in Memphis. Funny cuz I'm in Maine. Never arrived, got an email would now arrive on Monday. The recipient won't even be here! Get your $#!+ together Fruit Bouquets! I'm done.

I ordered an edible bouquet for my best friend on Thursday, to be delivered on Friday..... Preferably for the morning at her desk for surprise and impact. I was already in an unsatisfied state because her Birthday was Wednesday, the 17th. In that situation the flowers I ordered were not delivered and was not even informed that they didn't have the bouquet I had paid for. In this case I ordered and paid for an edible bouquet. To be delivered...... 8:00...... No confirmation of delivery........9:00......No confirmation of delivery..........10:00 I called and was told it was out for delivery........11:00........ No delivery........ 12:00........ No confirmation..... Later that afternoon I called again and was told that it was out for delivery. I informed them that she got off at 5:00........ Was informed that they would note that it be delivered ASAP. I called again and was told that it HAD been delivered and confirmed. I finally got in contact with the receiver and was informed that she had not received her bouquet....... I called for a refund and was told that the person who was delivering...LIED. SOo I promptly asked and received a total refund...... Needless to say, I will not be chancing it again with you.

My order was delivered in a timely manner! Our daughter in-law said it was beautiful snd the fruit was delicious!

I would never order there again the strawberries were old and tany I was embarrassed to have them sent to my wife . I would never order from you guys again

Horrible. They lied to sender saying they attempted delivery on scheduled day Thursday, I was home. On Friday afternoon I got a photo sent to my phone from door dash that it was left on my porch. I wasn’t home and had to have someone drive over to retrieve it from the sun. Half the fruit was missing and what was there was wilted and old. Seriously, you had my number to send the picture to! Why not call when you said you attempted on Thursday?

I got an amazing fruit arrangement for my sisters birthday! She loved it!

Folks - Order was pretty simple
12 chocolate covered strawberries with
2024 written on the strawberries.
Simple but what was on there was
2004 or 2007 depending on reader.
Strawberries were Yummy.

They couldn't get both my items to ship together. I will never use them again!!!

Great product selection. Fair prices. And delivery within three hours!

Expensive order just for them to still forget the simple items. Ruined a surprise and wasted my time and money. SMH.
