I would give them zero stars if possible. They took my money but never delivered the promised product. I’ve been on their facebook page trying to ask them where it is. They never responded; instead they just blocked me.

I backed a device from them years ago. Maybe 5 or more years ago. I am still waiting for it while they continue to sell them on Amazon. There have been numerous emails sent to the company asking for an update the yet here we are...still nothing. Glen, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Company is terrible. Delivered with missing pieces and have been waiting for MONTHS to replace missing parts. Wasted $150 worth of raw milk in the fridge because of this. Just wrote a BBB review and will be disputing the product tomorrow. They can have their product back and all the extras I paid for. I’m considering taking them to small claims for the $150 loss in milk and punitive damages. This has been going on for months so I put the date of experience the same as the date of the last email I got from them once again saying they will send out replacement parts…I have nothing.

Please be aware that if you order anything from FROMAGGIO.com or any of its subsidiary companies such as FROMAGGI or FROMAGGIOCHEESE-- such as a cheesemaker -- that there is a VERY high likelihood you will be ripped off and that they will never even ship the product. This is what occurred with my paid order for more than $543 for a cheesemaker and cheesemaking kits in February of 2020. Although the company fully admits that I paid for order number 1106, they refuse to honor it, ship it or refund it. So do not order from this horrible ripoff company which is the subject of a lawsuit AND an FTC investigation.

I ordered the cheese maker and a juice press for pressing hard cheeses and both took a lot time to arrive. When they did, the $700 machine was defective. I tried to call for support but none exists. I used their AI chatbot which said returns can only be done via email. I wrote several emails with no reply. The basically stole hundreds of dollars from me with nothing to show for it. Ask AI or search engine and you will find that this is the norm for Fromaggio.

No phone or email for communication on their site- only chat and a mailing address. Does not accept exchanges or returns. Threatening statements when you do file a dispute.
Items arrived damaged/defective and with expired supplies.

Does what it says. I first saw this as a featured product at CES, then bought it as soon as it shipped. I love how all the ingredients are pre-measured. I've done Mozzarella, Feta, White Cheddar, Pepperjack. Only sad part is that the Parmesan I made in January 2025 needs to age a year, so won't be able to see how it turned out till Jan 2026. But that's how it is with cheese. Soft cheese can be made in a day, hard cheeses typically need to age, with Parm being one of the longest.
