I am very upset with this merchant. I had bought a part to fix my washing machine, and as soon as I opened it, I knew it was the wrong part. I didn't even take it into the washroom. I just put it pack in the box, packed it up and sent it to them for a refund. I got an email stating ". The part you returned shows scars on the terminals which happens after testing or connection of the wires." and said they would not refund me. I know for a fact I made no attempt to install the part, and feel like I am being cheated I will never order from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a apart from my fridge

I purchased a apart from my fridge, and when it arrived, it did not fit properly. When I wanted to return the item, I had to pay the full price of shipping, which was more than the cost of the part. When I contacted Customer service. They refuse to help. I offered to pay their price for shipping but the refund policy stated that you have to pay for the return shipping in the same package. I paid $18 to ship to me but the shipping was more than the $130 part on my own. I ended up out my cost for the part and still did not have a part that fit properly. I do not suggest using this company for parts for their own product.

DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE/ELECTROLUX…

DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE/ELECTROLUX PRODUCTS. My experience is the same as other reviews. CUSTOMER support line is totally useless & does not respond to calls. Buy from Home Depot who will replace defective appliance without issue.

Poor Customer Service - Difficult to Procure Replacement Parts

Part showed delivery in a two days online until after placing order, then delayed due to being on backorder for several weeks. No customer service to answer the phone. No chat active on website. The website is clearly designed to keep consumers away from any real customer support. I would not work with Frigidaire in the future for new appliances or replacement parts. :(

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Does not even deserve one star. Ordered a replacement glass cooktop for my Frigidaire stove as mine had cracked. Replacement price $376.99, with tax and shipping order totaled $417.67. Original cooktop has built in brackets to attach the burners to. Replacement cooktop comes without brackets and the burners cannot be attached so it is a useless part that should never even be offered. The best part of this mess is the $84.22 FedEx charge that I have to pay to send it back. This is without insurance or tracking fees, just basic shipping charge. So if the part doesn’t make it back to them I won’t even get a refund. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend ordering anything from this site. I have always loved Frigidaire appliances but will never buy one again.

Unresponsive Customer Service

As my order transaction was processing, I realized that the Ship to Address was wrong. I instantly went to their live chat (not noticing the phone number on the webpage). No one answered the chat for an hour. While waiting for the chat I submitted an email 8 minutes after the order was placed. No email response until the next day after it shipped. The chat went to unavailable long before their hours ended.

The company does not have a reasonable…

The company does not have a reasonable return policy. Don't buy unless you are 100% sure of the part that you are ordering. The $70 part ordered by mistake cost $12 to ship to me. The cost to return it ranged from $104 - $206!
After tax $90 went down the drain due to their inadequate return policy.

Do not use this company!

Scam artists the lot. I ordered a part on 7/30/25 at 11:25AM, at 11:35AM I was on chat requesting cancellation after determining a part was no longer needed, but an entire replacement was. I was informed by 3 different staff that the ordered had been cancelled, I wouldn't receive the part and I'd get the refund in 3-5. I did indeed receive the part and now I am expected to pay the shipping costs to get this part that I was told was cancelled back to them. Do not use this place at all!

Called 3 times - left on hold for 30 plus minutes each time. Left my telephone number 3 times.... for a return call
NO REPLY EACH TIME
Frigidaire is not interested in serving customers- otherwise they would have a HUMAN BEING INSTEAD OF A PROGRAMED MENU THAT SERVES THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS

Bad customer service

Ordered an outer glass for my oven door. The part was fine and fit, however their customer service is awful. I ordered the part on a Sunday morning at 10 AM. Nowhere during the purchase process was anything listed about taking longer to ship item. I was offered FedEx overnight shipping at an extra cost, which I purchased. I did not receive the item until two days later and when I contacted them to ask about the reason, I was basically told it's your own fault you didn't look at the correct information. The offer of overnight shipping apparently is only eligible if you purchase Monday through Friday. This is not listed on the purchase page, but on a completely separate shipping policy page I was only asking for the overnight shipping difference to be refunded and was basically told tough luck. I will not be shopping with them again, and I urge anyone to make sure you read every page before you purchase.

Bait and Switch Part Supplier

Paid $88.83 for a pressure regulator for my stove on frigidaireapplianceparts.com. Which is exactly the same part number and image of the one that is on my stove, this is why I bought it here. They sent a different comparable part, a part that I could get for $45 dollars on Amazon for the SAME part, it is a Robertshaw RR-23040, the label on the Amazon and one they shipped is the same. Customer service said they must have changed the part, but you have the correct part. You can send it back but have to pay shipping back. It will still be cheaper. I wouldn't recommend this site at all.

Refrigerator parts that don't fit

I ordered two refrigerator parts on their website and received an order confirmation email stating a second email would follow with shipping information, which never came. The parts did arrive but the shelf cover did not fit, was the wrong size. I tried to reach customer service over several days but always waited for more than 30 minutes for a customer service representative but no one ever picked up. The chat feature had the same result.

I finally got to speak with a representative after the 30 minute wait on about the 6th phone call over a 10 day period. I explained the drawer cover did not fit and the retainer bar was not needed. I was told an email would be sent within two hours with the return information. That email is still not here. I am returning the parts at my cost and will never order from them again. The web site is poorly done, chat feature does not work, chat never even responds, and customer service does not exist.

8 months ago I purchased Frigidaire…

8 months ago I purchased Frigidaire refrigerator. It has went defective 6months after I purchased it. For 2 months I have been going back forth between Frigidaire and Curtis International (who I was referred to go to by Frigidaire because they deal with the defective refrigerator.) for over 2 months I have lost food, money and time dealing with incompetence between Frigidaire and Curtis International. When I requested reimbursement for the loss of food and a disposal fee for the removal of the defective refrigerator. Im being told no. What kind of company does business like this. I have known other appliance companies that have helped customers with loss of damage on spoiled food and disposal fee. I will never, never buy anything Frigidaire again. Worthless company. Buyer beware.
