Hotel management has reached out to me to discuss my stay. They have rectified all issues associated with my previous review and responded to my concerns very quickly. Their commitment to customer service is exceptional and after speaking with their manager, I would stay here again and recommend it to friends/associates. Do not stay here. Had severe allergic reaction to cat dander in this room, got no sleep and checked out before 7am. Black moldy drip on the bathroom door and the refrigerator was filled with someone else’s food/garbage.

We are deep-cleaning this rental to take care of the cat dander. Additionally, we believe there was a leak from the ceiling that caused the black mark on the doorway, and we are fixing it.
The room was ok. Could have been a bit cleaner. Cleaning service never refilled soaps or lotion or toilet paper. The bed is a pull out couch.
