Phone charm is very poor quality. It broke within a couple of days of ordinary use. Very disappointed.

Courier said on “attempt” of delivery they ran into problems/couldnt deliver.

I was sat at home on the sofa in full view of the front door when I got the message.

No one came to the door no one attempted and the tracker confirmed that the parcel was taken back to courier facility.

No further “attempts” were made and then I received a lost parcel text saying they had no idea where it is.

Completely useless from start to finish

I ordered a shirt and a hoodie for my daughter and everything went smoothly. Package came on the promised delivery date and my daughter was so excited! The items are great quality, will be ordering again.

I purchased a hoodie and a pair of socks for my daughter for back to school, and they were perfect! They arrived just in time for her first day, and she looked so cute! We were both so happy with the purchase! ❤️

I purchased the Stardust vinyl for my daughter's birthday and she absolutely loves it! Package arrived in delivery window with no damages.

I purchased matching hoodies for my daughter and her best friend for back to school. They arrived quickly, fit great and they were THRILLED!

We ordered 7 items for my daughters birthday with is the end of Aug, the order was placed on June 26th. On the 17th July we messaged the company to find out what was happening to our order. On the 20th July they replied saying the tote bag was a per order and this is holding our order from being shipped. We was told to place a separate order for the items in stock. On the 23rd July we asked again what they could do to resolve this issue. On the 24th july we was told we could cancel the order or wait. On the 3rd of Aug we asked them to swap the item, but they said this was not possible, so we asked them to remove the tote back and refund this item so the rest could be shipped. On the 4th of Aug they said refund for tote was processing and our order was pending shipping. On the 8th Aug the tracking number showed it had still not been shipped, we asked them to ship asap. On the 10th Aug we asked what was happening with our order again. Today the 12th Aug we have received a message saying that 2 more items on our order are now out of stock, how is this possible when our order was pending shipping. This is an absolute joke and now my daughter will not receive her item on her birthday. We were doing a Freya sky themed birthday and she will now be so upset. I will not be ordering with this company again. I hope the Freya sky team see this message and understand that this supplier are upsetting the fans to the point where they will not order again.

Thank you for the response to my review. Vicky has been very helpful in sorting out our order and kept me informed every step. Our order has now been shipped and my daughter will be so happy when it comes for her birthday. Thanks again.

We did have problems with delivery so be mindful if you need something quickly.
Bryan did reach out and make it right and the merch was great when it arrived and my daughter loved it.

I loved the hoodie so much and its SO COMFY! Its so CUTE and its definitely my new favorite hoodie the quality is super soft! And over all its the best!

I have ordered for my daughter from this site at least 3 times and every time there has been an issue, my last order should have been released 2 weeks ago and the response to my query was if you don’t get it in 30 more days contact us and we will follow it up with the customer service.

From a business perspective, the brand should not be aligning with a company like red star merch, I’ve had nothing but bad service each time

Horrendous Service

No issues with receiving the hoodie but it did not fit my daughter and have been attempting to return it for the last 10 days. They replied once and promised return instructions once I clarified if we were looking for a refund or exchange but it has now been 10 days and I have sent 2 follow up messages with no reply.

Overpriced.
Items are low quality.
Sizes are not real so take care with them.
No easy way to do a return... so forget about refund.
Worst is that they ask you 20 EUR for shipping/handling... but not includes customs... so add around 25-35 EUR additional costs if you order from EU

I ordered the golds gone vinyl and the silent treatment zip up hoodie. Amazing experience! No delays and it came within 2 weeks! The fabric was very soft and comfortable to wear!

I went to Freya Skye's website to purchase tickets. When I clicked on my preferred city (Cincinnati) the link took me to a different city. It was not until I purchased tickets for a different day and location (Columbus) that I realized the error. AXS states that all ticket sales are final. I cannot make taking my 6-year-old and 11-year-old to a different city on a Tuesday. I needed it to be a Saturday concert. Now I am out of funds to take them to the concert and have disappointed children.
