Do not order from this joke of a company....can't even deliver on time and I ordered it over 10 days ago....absolute joke...cancelled at the last minute after I took a day of work...you have been warned

I’ve ordered from Fresh Meat Packs three times now, and each time has been worse than the last.

The first order (sliced ribeyes and sirloins) arrived completely flattened due to poor packaging, although the meat itself was passable. The second time, I ordered a 4kg beef sirloin joint which was unlike any sirloin I’ve ever seen, extremely tough and foul tasting. Hoping it was a one-off, I tried again and ordered a 4kg ribeye joint. What arrived did not resemble ribeye at all, it was full of gristle and had none of the usual “eye” of meat that defines the cut.

I’ve eaten red meat all my life and was genuinely prepared to spend £150–£200 a month with Fresh Meat Packs if the quality matched their claims. Unfortunately, I’ve wasted a lot of money on substandard, tough meat that didn’t resemble the cuts I ordered. Very disappointing experience overall.

The meat is not very good. The steak was very tough and lots of Sinew, the chicken was very rubbery and not a good taste. Pork chops were good, you can't go wrong with chops. Meatballs smelled and tasted slightly weird and the pork belly slices were okay at best. Sausages are good to be fair.

It was okay for the price but i would go for something perhaps slightly better for the same or slightly more money.

I will say though that the two complimentary steaks for new customers were very good.

No issues with delivery and was delivered quite quickly.

Best rib eye I've had.... And yes I've had meat from 2 other online supplies.... Absolutely chuffed to bits.... A ex butcher who cut my Sirloin piece... Said ... best quantity and quality he has seen for price I paid...

I have to be honest here the meat i received has to be the worst quality meats I've ever had.
Will definitely not be ordering again

I just received my package just in time as they said. All items are well sealed and cooled inside a carton box. Let’s try this kit for me by one and see how tasty it is.

I’ve been ordering fresh meat packs from this company for over a year and have spent well over £1,000 with them. While some orders were fine, a large portion of the meat I received was spoiled – I’d estimate at least 40% of my orders.

On a few occasions they refunded me, but with my most recent order they refused, essentially saying they didn’t believe me. Considering how much I’ve spent and how often this issue has happened, I find this very poor customer service.

It’s disappointing because I wanted to be a loyal customer, but I can’t continue ordering when so much of the meat arrives spoiled and complaints are dismissed.

First delivery today from FMP. I changed from my previous supplier due to everything being under weight. So happy as everything weights what it should. Everything looks great. Will order again in October without any doubt.

Ordered pork loin joints, extra lean beef mince and lamb chops. Came well packaged.

Pork and mince looks good but haven’t tried it yet so can’t comment on taste. Lamb chops are atrocious. I was shocked how thin they have been cut to begin with, but then came across 5/6 “chops” that are no thicker than bacon slices. Not even sure what to do with them. These were the most expensive part of my order and the part I was most looking forward to.

Any self respecting butcher would not have served what I have received to a customer. Can’t help but think I’ve been fobbed off because I’m an online customer, because I highly doubt they would’ve given these to someone at their shop/market. It has put me off ordering anything of more substantial value (ie steak) because I dread to think how they would be sliced.

Unfortunately I won’t be a repeat customer.

My first order has arrived this morning still nice and chilled, everything looks as good as I'd hoped/expected it to be. So I'm more than happy. I will be ordering again in the future, so I hope the standard & prices remain the same

Bought 8kg of steak paid lots of money and the package was just dumped on my door step ripped up, looked up as if it thrown there.
Not sure I’ll be ordering anything again.
Not happy.

Sirloin steak was full of fat and grisle these were cheap and that’s what I got rest of meat was fine I spent £85 on a rib of beef that was grisley so this is my last order
