Stay clear of them, spent over £250 on an order, no confirmation when ordered no response via facbook messenger or the WhatsApp or emails. Then get an email saying I can't cancel and it will be delivered on a day I did not request and won't be in for. I emailed back and ignored again... joke of a company

Order confirmation received, no email regarding delivery expected today. No contact on WhatsApp whatsoever. Ordered previously and had confirmation emails but this time nothing. Am I expected to wait in all day for my order? A simple response would be appreciated!

1st time buyer, meat well packed, good quality, delivery via DPD, no issues with order, will order again

Have had 2 orders from these guys so far. Sirloin, ribs and black pudding and must say whole experience was excellent. All food very good and delivery quick and reliable by DPD. Will now be using these guys for all my monthly meat shops as I consume a lot on the Keto/Carnivore diet. Saving quite a lot compared to supermarket/high street prices.

The quality of the meat is superior to any butchers i’ve ever been to before. The customer service is always excellent. Fantastic butchers.

To start with my order was 3 days late due to dpd not the butcher the steak I received was well packed with ice packs (good job) I cooked a couple of steaks up after hitting it with a steak hammer and then rubbing them with cooking oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper i found the steaks to have a very strong beef taste and after taste also a bit chewy I will not be ordering any more

I have ordered several reasonably large orders over the past few months and have been very pleased every time.
So far I've had 8 kilo of sirloin which was delicious and 6 kilos of T-Bone which were as soft as fillet.
I've been very happy with quality of the meat, the delivery and also the general service.
Makes a high protein diet work for me.

First time I have ordered meat from this company, it definitely won't be the last, the serloin steak is delicious, trying the rump steak tomorrow night, and going to try the T bones on the next order, highly recommend

Everything arrived on time, meat so far has tasted great , our fave has been the garlic steaks ! Can’t wait to order again next month

Have just placed order number 4! Meat quality is excellent - everything arrives beautifully packaged - ready for me to portion out into freezer bags for ease of use. Our Platinum Christmas Hamper was a hit with everyone - so will definitely do that again this year. Great prices and brilliant customer service - what’s not to like?

My order turns up on the day I chose so I didn’t have to ask my neighbour to keep an eye out for it. I’ve only not been totally happy the once and when I messaged I got a very quick response so we dealt with the issue amicably. The meat is totally worth every penny that I pay for the quality and the packaging it comes in. Give it a go and you won’t be disappointed.

Meat always good great deals easy to get incontact with only reason I gave 4 starrs is the delivery company they use I have a flat fronted house my choice of safe place is next door nabour but unfortunately thay leave in doorway and put down safe in porch which I Havant got apart from that will alway get my Meat from here

Purchased a sirloin from fresh meast packs very dissapointed not as advertised in there promo pictures to be honest it was a waste of £105.00 i cooked a steak and the eating quality was extremly poor i cannot be bothered to go thru the hassle of sending it back i will use it for stewing beef my advice to all future customers is to think twice your local butcher is more tha likely cheaper and quality is far better

Missing item from order that I paid for. I’ve contacted them on WhatsApp, Facebook & email no reply. Will not be buying from this company again. They want shutting down

After buying from these guys for the last 2 years and spending over £10,000 with them, they've thanked me by sending me the worst meat. I am.an ex butcher/slaughterman and understand meats. I ordered £200 worth of steak and it was un-chewable and had to give it to my dogs. I explained this to them on my next order and they appologised and promised that they would ensure they would take extra care on this new order of nearly £200. Well they sent 3kg of wrong steaks (not what was ordered & 3kg of what they said were the same steaks! These were not steaks! This was large chunks of meat that could only be diced into stewing steak chunks and slow cooked. When complained I have basically been told that it was top quality meat and they suggest I look for another supplier. POOR SERVICE FROM MEL. They've ignored my last email Even sent them video and photos of the wrong and poor quality meats..

I would to add to their reply. Yes I have complained. I bought a bundle of T-bone steaks from them and gave some to a close friend and he explained that he was unable to eat as them as they smelt ransid. I found a further 3 that were also smelling bad. Explained this to Mel at Fresh meat and they replaced 3 of them. There were more off but due to them being frozen in their packs I dont find out until thawed to cook. I explained this to Mel. Obviously I am not going to eat 20 T-Bones at once so wasn't able to tell them how many were off from that order. The other was a full order that arrived and I showed them a video of all the meats as I unpacked it showing the temperatures were far too warm and all ice pack had zero ice in them and the meats were not safe for human consumption. Any other time i have contacted them has been when ordering WHOLE EXTRA MARBLED Sirloins and getting very thin strips with zero marbleing so not as advertised. At this point i started to realise they are not butchers, they are just a middle man that goes to buy in bulk and gets these already packed and just sends them out. So i realised when ordering these pieces it was pot luck on what arrived. Now surely as a paying customer that was generally spending £150+ per order I have the right to tell suppliers when things are not right. When things were correct and as advertised I was a very happy customer. When they get it wrong and I inform them they dont like it. I can't of complained that much considering I spent over £10,000 with them. Such a shame things have come to this. Just take a look at there Facebook page. It says it all.
