Quick dispatch, damaged tin.
Quick dispatch and reasonable price; but the tin was dented and had leaked badly. The packaging was not damaged so this must have happened before the tin was packed. The paint was ok; but the tin required a lot of cleaning before I could use it.

Suplied me with dulux 2.5ltr buttermilk matt emulsion paint at a much cheaper price than many others. Arrived within 3 days. Will definitely deal with this company again.

Found a matching paint
Found a matching paint we'd used years ago, which will save us redecorating the entire room. Ordered this alongside other paints we needed to replenish. Well packaged and quick to arrive.

Next day express delivery paid for yet 3 days on and my paint hasn’t even been dispatched. 3 emails sent and not one reply or even an email acknowledgment from company. Feels like I have been scammed.

Good selection of products
Easy to order online & paid extra for items to be delivered next day.
I placed my order on a Sunday but it didn't arrive until Tuesday!
I'm wondering if I missed the information stating all Sunday orders, including next day, will not arrive until Tuesday.
I still think the ordering process is good & would use company again in the future.
But I would not choose to pay extra for next day delivery!
