Such delicious food! A good variety and able to custom my macros so I don’t have to think about what I’m eating! Good variety just needs more veg! It is premium and not cheap but you get what you pay for! My only challenge is the delivery comes later than I go to bed and living in a flat I have to get up to let the guy in!

Meals taste great
Meals taste great! as fresh as it can be.I like it is not frozen and only requires a couple of minutes to heat up.
These meals have been saving my life as I am so busy I struggle to eat health lunch means and often skip breakfast. the fact that this is all ready for you and your calories are counted too has been great to help me on my weight loss goals. ordering is easy, food selection so far has been good and the delivery never failed.

The delivery is really bad
The delivery is really bad. My selected delivery slot was 18:00-22:00 and not once I have received my order on time. They always arrive about 1,5-2hrs later!

Yummy, convenient, and healthy food from FFF
Currently on week 2 with Fresh Fitness Food, and really enjoying the experience so far! I'm on the Select plan which is perfect for someone like me, a bit of a picky eater - I love being in control of exactly which meals I'll get, as well as choosing things like portion sizes.
The quality of the meals feels really high so far, which alongside the convenience and much cleaner/healthier eating than takeaways/supermarket ready-made meals, absolutely justifies the higher price point.
The dishes are tasty and as I'm still only on week 2, still feel like there's plenty of variety - I hope there will be sufficient new recipes over the coming period so I don't get bored with the options after a while.
One suggestion I have would be to indicate the spiciness level of meals. There were a few dishes I saw on the list that I wanted to try but based on the name thought they could be too spicy/hot for me, so I skipped them just to be safe. For someone who can't tolerate spicy food, this is super important to take the guesswork out.
Using the platform took a bit of time to get used to, but I got the hang of it. A suggestion I have would be to show the calories and macros for each day in the weekly summary page, alongside the cost. Right now I have to go into the page to amend my order to be able to see the calories/macros for the meals selected for the upcoming week, which is not as convenient.

Custom Macros + Fresher Meals = Game Changing
I have tried a few different providers but I find FFF the outright market leader in tailored nutrition. The ability to customise macros is a material step-up vs. other providers and allows for much better integration of diet with a broader training protocol. Meals are much fresher delivered daily in a cooler bag vs. a big box of food for the week and customer service has been as real-time interactive as I would reasonably expect.

Only a few days in and I LOVE fresh fitness food! The taste, variety of ingredients and quality of meats is insane. And im REALLY picky! It’s obviously not that cheap - but if you dislike cooking, and are concerned about hitting macros, it’s essential.

very poor customer service
Ordered three days of food. Couldn't pay because I couldn't log in, -said my email address was not valid. Looked to create an account but couldn't.
Tried online chat to get the situation resolved, after 10 mins gave up. Then I tried phoning. No luck there either,- left holding and waiting for customer services -- which it is clear does not exist. Food might be great but customer service is not.
Since I wrote the above review I have received a call from Fresh Fitness the following morning . Nancy was very polite and helpful and talked me through the process. I will now try again.

Fresh food fitness is an excellent service. The meals were delicious and healthy. They tasted home made. The service was amazing - they were very quick to respond when I had a minor issue.

Clean and delicious
The meals are clean and always delicious. They are perfect for anyone who wants to fuel their training the good way! I love the dessert menu too, and they also have breakfast options that I might try.
The select option is perfect for me, this gives a good flexibility and don’t have to commit for a full week delivery

Super convenient, daily deliveries so that you know all meals are fresh rather than others that arrive in bulk at the start of the week. And most importantly I have not had a meal yet that I haven't really enjoyed!
