I bought a reverse chain tensioner from them and they sent somebody else's order instead by mistake, I let them know and they were very quick at responding and was able to send it back same day, they covered the delivery costs and they sent the tensioner the next day, still with the same delivery option I chose when I first bought it. They are very friendly and kind and quick with customer support and I understand that it was a mistake but I needed the tensioner desperately at the time and didn't arrive in time by the time I needed it, the next day after it was meant to arrive, so I can't give a 5 but they are a really good business and will definitely buy from them again.
Also they package the products very well in the boxes and send some nice stickers if you ask!

I ordered some handgrips for my son and they were dispatched swiftly, unfortunately Hermes lost the package, I sent Freeride a message explaining they responded immediately and the very next day they drove out to my house (45 miles) and delivered them personally. It rare to find that sort of thing these days . A massive shout out to Matt from Freeride !!!!!

Arrived fast and packaged really well, bought Christmas gifts and the magnetic boxes they arrive in are perfect for wrapping them. The customer service is amazing and emailed straight away about a product that was out of stock and offered a refund or regular up dates on ETA and to send the parts that were ordered in stock seperatetly.

These guys are great... quick delivery and great stock selection.

Some great components on offer. I ordered a Title bar and stem combo where the bar was on preorder from the supplier. Excellent communication regarding expected dispatch/ delivery and friendly, professional service. Products aren’t expected for dispatch until early July but would definitely recommend and return as a customer if they have what I need.
