My title handlebar order
I don’t want to hate but I feel like I have too.IVE been super excited to get myself some title ah1 31.8mm clamp 25mm rise,for such a good price as I cannot find them anywhere else on the market.I buy them feeling the best that I’ve found them and able to secure them.but then they give me an email saying that they don’t have enough in stock.This is very fustrating as I’ve taken nearly months trying to find these bars.

Quick,,,,good!!! A return product being sold as new,,,bad!!!! Box was mooshed and marks on the inside of the stem clearly show that someone ordered it and tried fitting and returned the product for me now to buy. Hmmmm. Just a good thing the outside was perfect condition or id return it and never buy from u again. Hmmm.

I am sorry that I wasn’t able to respond to your query as quickly as you’d have liked me to.
Although I try and respond to all customer queries as quickly as possible, this isn’t always possible on the same day that the query is received, due to other duties and responsibilities relating to running the business and responsibilities outside of that. So any patience you can spare is greatly appreciated.
I try my best to reply within 48hrs as much as possible, so 20hrs between your 1 email and a 1-star Trustpilot review seems a little harsh.
